It's disappointing to see my Tata Punch rusting just in 6 months of purchase. Customer support is just a formality with no real solutions, highlighting a serious lapse in after-sales service. Tata needs to match the product quality with excellent customer support like Maruti or Hyundai. Otherwise, all the hype amounts to nothing. Tata, please address these issues seriously and improve your service standards!
