My name is Esme and this is me so I guess my channel is 'This Esme'.I make videos about all things horsey such as Vlogs with the ponies, horse care videos and edits of me riding to help other equestrians learn more about these beautiful animals as you never stop learning with horses. :)

Omg! Yes another Esme video. I stated following her a year ago. And let me say, 2021 have been a year with a lot of new things for me. I got a horse, but it has been a hard time, and i alomost stopped. But this girl just maked me keep going. Esme just gives me so much motivation, and hearing her storys remembers me that im not alone. I have learned so much this year, and a lot of things from watcing her videos. Shes just one of the persons that inspires me the most. Thank you Esme!

you cant change my mind on the fact joey probably thinks he's a dog. very smart, very handsome, but very very goofy and adorable. got to love horses, im planning on getting riding lessons in summer and ive been so excited for the past few years but obviously theres been the big evil disease stopping me but hopefully soon! i hope everyone is doing well, you are amazing! :D

I’ve not been riding since December because all of my friends horses seem to die unexpectedly and that happened a week ago with one horse and I just can’t go anymore

This horse is made for eventing. Joey performs beautifully in dressage, he's a cross-country machine, and you love to showjump so it's worth giving it a shot at least once. Could be a really fun vlog at the very least. Love his beautiful trot. You should be really proud of yourself as well as Joey for how well he's come along.

I haven't been here for some time so I have to comment again after watching the whole video. First of I would like to say thank you for being so open with your dyslexia. I myself have problems with reading so I always appreciate when people in the public eye are open with their dyslexia because I know it helps so many other people that also have it. And I must end with a super big congratulations on winning 😍🥳 You both did great and it made me so happy to see you so surprised and happy 💕

Love it! You have came such a long way with Joey and can we talk how pretty your Charles Owen hat is. We want to know Joey's show name, please. A tip for plating ( I used to have a problem with plating 2): Do braids on your horses, not super fancy, not everyday but a few times a week: It actually helped me and when I needed to do plat it was quite ok. Also congrats on your shows

Wow, even before the show footage, I was amazed by your practice footage with Joey, he has come so far! He has an excellent attitude, which is testament to your care and treatment of him, he seems to be beginning to understand and value the collaborative aspect of his training. And then, the show footage was really fun to see, he seemed confident and simultaneously relaxed. You've done such a great job! And Joey is such a great guy!

Joey was so good at the dressage test. I mean FIRST PLACE! He did amazing. His forelock after was so funny. You did great and I can tell you put so much hard work into it. Well done.
23:42 Omg yes!! My mare and I always do the dressage tests that are held at my yard (we don't have a horsebox yet) and the day before she's so bad, we can't get anything right, the warmup is always lazy and sticky, but at soon as we enter the arena she changes, and does EVERYTHING. You'd swear she reads the test in her stable the night before!! I'm especially proud because she's four and I'm her first owner (apart from the woman who broke her) and her only owner she will have. Hopefully. I love her so much ❤️

I started watching esme 3 years ago but I never that interested so I left it for a 1 year and then found her again and i have been following her since are you have inspired me to go to the stables and help out as well as having lessons sometimes when I have a bad day at school I come home a look and a new video posted and it boosts my self up and make me feel relaxed when I watch your video.
