- “I think I would describe my career as really fun," Kim Hill told Volleyball World. "I was lucky to be able to play for some good clubs, really amazing coaches, and with great teammates, many who have become my closest friends. It’s been an incredible adventure. My proudest achievements are an Olympic medal, winning the World Championship in 2014, and the Club World Championship with Imoco Volley Conegliano last season,” the 31-year-old Oregon native added. @@elitevolleyball7969 yeah you're right but in this situation maybe if hill and larson not play again to help Robinson USA only have Barstch or Courtney..I think courtney play so well in scandicci..thats why maybe courtney can replace her position or larson position in OH

@@eloichicelestino7760 USNT is about who came from famous universities. Hill was just came from nowhere. It was her destiny. I just hope kiraly and NT will not ignore her for Olympic roster.
@@elprofessor3397 if im not wrong,Hill is from Pepperdine university..because i've seen highlight video, her play for middle blocker when she play in university..
maybe that's why the hill's ball is not as high as the balls of other tall players(like zhu,boskovic or another player with a tall body)Because she already play in middle but she came to OH in usa national team so thats why hill got lower ball than the other player
@@RoseareRosie457 yes started as MB then last 2 yrs opposite. She tried out and kiraly decided to put her in left. That started the low fast set of USA. Which was very effective when glass was their setter. Hill was a beast back then. I think it'll still work if their new setters work more together.

Need to note Carlini and Poulter only started for USA 2019 and Hill was absent for most of it to take a break. They will connect in time for Tokyo.

What you mean? She was and still one of the best OH as of this moment. Maybe with NT because of hectic schedule in club she has to rest and probably the reason you can't often see her playing with NT. Hope she bring back that starting OH with NT. 2019 i should say was her best shape. That performance in WWCC was flawless and ready for Olympic but covid happened.
