Untamed is a Creature survival game that is early in development, they have a really good demo that just came out on steam and I got to play it a couple days early, lets check it out.

I love seeing a animal survival game that’s with its own made up creatures, there’s so much room for creativity and the makes it so your not limited to what’s realistic, more fantasy animals survival games is something I would love to see, reminds me of avatar a bit with its own made up world building and ecosystem
I hope eventually they do something that flies!
@@CallmePancakegaming that would be cool! In the FAQ in there discord they said there will potentially be a gliding creature and that there open to exploring other methods of locomotion, so maybe? I tryed out the demo and I’m pretty impressed it’s already got all the basics for a survival game, just needs some bug fixes and I bit more polish in the moment and some small QOL additions like more foot step sounds and some particle effects like dust and snow when running and splashes for the water, but most if not all of this is already planned from the looks of it in the discord so they are already on the right track, the models and animations look great as well, can already tell this team seems to know what there doing, can’t wait to see this game grow!
YESS this game is looking fantastic! been following Hauket on twitter since the early days of the modeling of these creatures, and its super cool seeing it coming together!!!!
I love what they have done here. the game runs amazing the graphics are gorgeous and even the demo is fun... its a great map to explore and I see a lot of potential with this game
This reminds me of Feral Heart and Cereal Soup and all those other games that were similar to them.

@CallmePancakegaming super small games but they didn't have much to do in them besides hangout with friends and Cereal Soup had things to explore but it never went anywhere because the community chokeheld itself from letting the dev progress into making the game more. I think CS was taken off steam last month, and FH might have to shut down their servers. I could be wrong about some details, but that's the gist
@@CallmePancakegaming Feral Heart and Cereal Soup are older 2000s games from a small circle xP like back in 2013 it was booming with those games! In Feral Heart everyone loved to roleplay as either their own canine or feline custom made character or a lot even loved to create already existing characters! For example from the lion king! They even made a lion king map xD and added items and accousoires! And like the other already said, Cereal Soup sadly closed down since they developer was stressed working all alone on the game. It was also a custom character sim where you could addiotionally quest. But now sadly all who played it in that past are grown up so Feral Heart is literally empty and barely anyone really roleplays anymore. I miss those old times xD
I love how the creatures move GAWWWWW! just add wings and other dragony bits and hay that's my dragon. Love how fluid everything is. GAwwwwww!

I don't know why people keep saying it's the same to feral heart or cereal soup. It's not. I played both like 10 years ago. lol
Those games didn't require you to eat and drink, didn't have pvp. This is way more like a fantasy "The Isle".
Enjoyed the little demo myself, seems the vocal emotes function like the other games 1 - broadcast, 2 - friendly, 3 - aggro, 4 - scared. Keys are essentially the same as the other survival games I play where you are a creature so that's really nice.
I don't know those games at all. But I really like this one
This seems kinda similar to my idea except mine was a sci-fi fantasy thing with animal-dragon hybrids aha. Looks pretty nice so far, models are nice and the world looks good

I think when they do the Kickstarter they have an option that you will be able to design the markings on the dragon

the color varieties alone make it stand out compared to all the others in the genre

But the game kept freezing up in character customization
Game looks real neat tho
Try lowering the graphics in the settings, when it first starts up everything it set to ultra which can slow some things down

the pvp and animations need improved, besides that looks nice
well it is a very early access demo. tons of improvements are coming. this is just to showcase a little of what the game is.
Honestly, it doesn't look good to me. We all know how well it went when we didn't have collision boxes on legacy The Isle. It was awful. And that's the first thing I noticed here and what turns me away.
Well this is just a demo not a full fledged game.
@@CallmePancakegaming totally, and I get that. But adding collision boxes is typically done from the start, not added in later. I don't think this game will pick up traction because of this. I'm having nightmare flashbacks of being a trike on the isle back when a rex would just charge through you and bite your rear legs for the leg break.
hey! just wanted to let you know that we do have plans to add collision, the demo has only been in development for about 3 months so it's still pretty early, definitely do not plan to keep the current no collision setup between players as it is indeed quite detrimental to combat

Animations is stiff and movement looks weird and the fact you can faze through people lm gonna pass on the donating to the game just yet until the is more content lm most exited on wings of dawn
Your choice but you need to realize the game is very early in development.
