I use the same products to clean the chain but I’ll have to pick up SC1 to give it a try. Thanx man 👍🏻
Maxima do make some of the best products. SC1 is magic. There chain wax does a fantastic job staying on and lubricating. Works best the hotter it gets. There suspension clean leaves no residue and is safe on most surfaces. Pretty good company
Funny, I use exactly the same stuff. Down to the same color chain brush, from Revzilla. Except I have been reluctant to use SimpleGreen by itself on the fairings except as a prewash degreaser. Good to know it's safe over time.
I have it diluted about 1/3 simple green and 2/3 water and it does great 👍🏻

I just started using that SC1 stuff as well. It really is amazing.
Good stuff bro. I used to use Pledge furniture spray on the body to keep the daily dust and pollen off. It works surprisingly well and good in a pinch.

Didn't even know that clear polish existed, been using maguires quick detail for a few years. I'll take your word for it and see how it works Wednesday when it arrives in the mail.😎

Hard to beat Maxima products
I use the same Maxima Clean Up & Wax...that stuff is amazing! I do usually ride after applying the wax, but if you follow the directions, apply it to a warm chain, and wait 30-45 min...still no fling! Never tried the SC1 stuff though...I use Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer, after drying the bike...good stuff!

You want to try acf50 amazing stuff , keeps all the water out and protects all the wiring loom , spray all the bike , apart from wheels and calipers! . Best product for here in the uk anti corrosion formula
I detail my bike real good 2 times a year. I have a ceramic coating so it makes it real fast and easy when time to clean. Ceramic coating is worth the effort. I ride an 01 gsxr750. I wish I could post a pic.
What kind of ceramic coating you use ??
@@WICKEDGIXXERL I use Malco. You can either buy the kit like I did or the spray which works really well. I get all my stuff from a vendor at work. If you use the spray just make sure your paint is clean. Very simple to use.

I use all these products except for the rainx. I didn’t know you could spray the Maxima SC1 on the rims,,,cool. Great Vid, stay cool there in Florida.

Hey i just wanted to let you know that i watch all of ur videos all of the time! I am 16 and i am saving up for a RC KTM 390 i am in love with it. But sense my mom is a single parent she cant do much to help me get it but she is great! Love you man

You keep it mint, as do I. So your up to 25,000 miles, are you going to keep it rack up the mileage? I’m sure these bikes can do 100,000 miles these days. Don’t know bout you but I hate racking up the mileage, to the point where I won’t ride it some times 😫 which is so weird because it’s just a number. I agree with all your other vids, a 750 is plenty enough, especially in those tight bend areas. Are you thinking of getting another bike? I loved the video where you and Heather went to buy her bike, could you do another bike shop vid?? 2020 bikes are a leap forward.

Cover it with a bed sheet unless outdoors then Obviously use a decent cover.

Anyone got any tips for removing scratches from a headlight? Just picked up my first bike and it’s clean but the previous owner got a little mark on the headlight so he used a “light” scouring pad to remove it. Long story short he removed the mark but left little scratches on the light, it’s noticeable and driving me nuts lmao
try a polish like plastx from meguairs. you may need a heavier polish if that doesnt work

Cycle spirits is great to, I just wash my lower section, wheels. That on the rest.

Need a good chain cleaner and lub. I don't like the bel ray lub I'm using
I've always used Pro Honda chain cleaner and chain lube (red and white can) and I've always been happy with it. I recently started using Original Bike Spirits chain lube (red and black can) and now this one is my favorite. It's really good. I've always used Original Bike Spirits bike polish to clean my bikes. It's a good company with good products.
