*Radec. Plus, he came first anyways, not Flowey. Toby Fox said his game had inspiration from things other than Earthbound. Since Radec is dead, he could get away with stealing his quote.

Shrek The Ogre I'm not very sure, I'd assume it's a huge crossover of sorts that's bigger than Gaming All-Stars Remastered, since that was the Top Secret Project and not the Super Top Secret Project
When the meet Shao Kahn can you replace him with Shinnok?
I've got a theory, Radec must've infiltrated G-Man's ship and shot G-Man into a trophy, then he put the G-Man trophy in the storage room along with good ol' Dr. Freeman.
And that's where G-Man remains throughout the entire remaster while Radec get most of his screentime.

G man isn't even a villain, Gordon freeman is literally killed off an episode he is introduced, and g man was used as a joke to show how he hates half life, but the creator finds the thing too random despite the inside joke and replaced him with radec

Smash Bro I knew it was going to be Colonel Radec all along, the only reason G-Man was ever made a villain in the original was to make fun of the Half-Life series and First Person Shooter games since SSBG hates that genre of games, but G-Man was just an enigmatic guide who's intentions are unknown, his personality wasn't confirmed to be an actual villain, and since Colonel Radec is an actual villain in a First Person Shooter game, which is Killzone 2, it made perfect sense for Colonel Radec to take G-Man's place as the villain.

Can Gordon Freeman actually do something besides getting eaten this time? He's one of the most recognizable and beloved video game characters ever, and to have him just get revived and tag along for two scenes before getting killed off is an insult to one of the most revolutionary and amazing games of all time (especially now that Gman only has a cameo).
