IN HIGH SCHOOL I WAS NEVER A BIG FAN OF CADILLACS. EXCEPT FOR THE 59!!! MY DAD LOVED CADILLAC. I LOVED CHEVY. BUT THAT CHANGED WHEN BOYD CODDINGTON BUILT CADZILLA FOR BILLY GIBBONS OF ZZTOP. SO YES, I AMA FAN OF THE NEW CADILAC IMAGE. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH THE NEW V8 POWER AND INNOVATION. FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.

I have a copy of the July 1989 issue of Hot Rod magazine with Cadzilla on the front cover. Inside are beautiful photos of the car and there is a centerfold that folds out into 4 pages showing the long and beautiful silhouette with ZZ Top standing at the front end next to the car.

I like everything except the aluminum tank in the grill , Id hide that .
NO! That's classic hot rod gasser style and it only ADDS to the over all bitchin look of CadZZilla! Billy F. Gibbons is all about classic 50's drag and lakes style hot rods.
Tank belongs on a gasser, not this ride.
Prob flathead V-8 and Hydramatic trans.

they kept the original dash instrument cluster... I always liked the interior of the '48 over the '49. I guess because I had one in the early fifties.
My all time favorite Custom Caddy, but the thought of buying anything built by Boyd and his shop doesn't sit right.
