    Hope you enjoyed the video. I put a lot more work into this one after deleting my previous video on an Intro to Simulink. Let me know your feedback in the comments:)

      @@lukealsmith For sure
      Regarding the state space model in that Simulink file, the state space matrix itself was written in an m -file.
      How was it implemented in Simulink? There's several methods - did that person use a MATLAB function block?

    I don't understand the Fcn block... 20000 is the reference height and u is the thrust command so how can you subtract thrust from position?

    Great video! I just started using Matlab recently. I manage to plotted an xyz graph. I was wondering whether I can use Matlab maybe via Simulink to make a system where I can obtain values from the xyz graph... Lets say I have the value of z, I want to obtain the value of x and y then, is it possible? Thank you.

    Hey hi, i have been trying to solve 6dof nonlinear equations of motion in simulink but i am facing algebraic loop error in the model than i used delay to rectify the problem. My question is do you think that this nonlinear equations can be solved without using delay in the model... thanks in advance.

    Hi sir
    I am currently pursuing B.E Mechanical engineering in India. I have interest in aircraft designing, but have no idea where to start and the sequence of procedures to follow. Can you please help me out sir.

      @VDEngineering  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Arumugaraj S You are thinking way too broad. You need to find your specific niche first like structures, avionics etc. Just general aircraft design is not a career path.

      Actually I wanted to ask about aircraft design for unmanned aerial vehicle (not quadcopter design though).
      I wanted to know sequence ( preliminary design, analysis, etc) to design an uav, there are no good reference in the internet sir.

    How to make this statement in simulink :
    Varying the current from 1 to 25A, in steps of 0.4 ampere, every 40 s over a total simulation period of 2720 s. Sir I have to give output of this as input to a model containing continuous states. Can you please tell me how to achieve this in simulink. Please help me sir.
