Well there are only two books: Alice in wonderland and through the looking glass. Also, at the end of the 2nd movie she said she was probably never to return there. I hope they do make one, I just don't think it likely.
i wish they would do alice 3 but there are only two books i just hope that in the future disney will do a prequel to the beginnings of alice in wonderland
Oh, Alice, dear where have you been So near, so far or in between What have you heard what have you seen Alice, Alice, please, Alice Oh, tell us are you big or small To try this one or try them all It's such a long, long way to fall Alice, Alice, oh, Alice How can you know this way not that You choose the door you choose the path Perhaps you should be coming back Another day, another day And nothing is quite what is seems You're dreaming are you dreaming, oh, Alice Alice So many doors, how did you choose So much to gain so much to lose So many things got in your way No time today, no time today Be careful not to lose your head Just think of what the doormouse said Alice Did someone pull you by the hand How many miles to Wonderland Please tell us so we'll understand Alice, Alice, oh, Alice Oh, how will you find your way Oh, how will you find your way
White Queen? What part? I hear the original lyrics only haha "how can you know this way not that? you choose the door you choose the path! perhaps you should be coming back another day, another day, and nothing is quite what it seems, your dreaming, are you dreaming? oh! Alice!"
I loved both, but I actually thought "Looking Glass" was even better, more depth to all the characters and simply amazing visuals and action sequences. I also liked the message. Time was also an excellent addition.
Exactly . I think it is because in the first movie we see alice being like « what’s going on? » and we discover wonderland with her and in my opinion that’s what makes the first movie so magic
It is mainly because it was not directed by Tim Burton so it's not that dark and graveyard-ish. But I watched it again today and I loved it even more than four years back when it came out. Because James Bobin (director) isn't Tim Burton but he and Linda Woolverton (script writer), who apparently knows the first film and the original tale forward and backwards, did an amazing job and James did the most of the opportunity to make Underland colorful and maybe a bit more crazy like the original book.
Yeah I agree. They tried to make wonderland logical, and that's just against what wonderland is. Wonderland and it's characters are timeless without any logic. I hate the fact that they made wonderland a functional society, and I always imagined that the characters has always kinda been what they are, like they never have been kids, they are more like beings, if that makes sense. And you can really see the lack of Tim Burton in this movie, everything is too clean and colourful.
It's nice to hear Alice's theme again in the new film. I really hoped Danny would use it again, and he did! This film is definitely the guilty pleasure of the year for me! :D
I love going through the soundtrack and hearing the similarities to the charlie and the chocolate factory soundtrack, both have that awe insipiring tone
Please pretty please I beg you tell me the ending I saw the first movie in theaters and I loved it it's been my dream to see the second one but I couldn't go see it because my mom said if the fist one was boring the second would make her throw up please tell me the ending
Oh, Alice, dear where have you been? So near, so far, so in-between What have you heard? What have you seen? Alice! Alice! Please, Alice! Oh, tell us, are you big or small? To try this one or try them all It's such a long, long way to fall Alice! Alice! Oh, Alice! How can you know this way not that? You choose the door, you choose the path Perhaps you should be coming back Another day, another day And nothing is quite what is seems You're dreaming! Are you dreaming? Oh, Alice! Oh, how will you find your way? Oh, how will you find your way? Oh, how will you find your way? (Find your way) Oh, how will you find your way? Oh, how will you find your way? Titanic (1997), Alice In Wonderland/Through The Looking Glass (2010-16), Primeval (2007-11) & Doctor Who (1963/2005) are the British Audiovisuals that have the most beautiful soundtracks I have ever heard.
This is the daughter of this lady's picture. XD And i think that this movie was absolutely fantastic! Although I have one issue with it. The mad hatter had a very thrilling voice. This time his regular voice sounded different. but his weird Scottish accent was the same. My fav character is the Cheshire cat. I love him. And i have to say... i think i liked the first one better than the second one but i still like this one. It had twists and turns and it was funny!!
When I first watched "Alice through the looking glass", I was a little disappointed because I loved "Alice in Wonderland" so much (still, now) and it was so good that I expected the second movie to be more exciting. However, after 7 years, I've just rewatched it yesterday and found it so interesting. I actually love the movie now.
I loved that they re-used the theme. Cried immediately xD
me too chills everywhere
It's a DIRECT sequel with the SAME composer. What else would they have done?
SAGE I don't know if this counts but Avengers didn't keep the theme between the two movies
Rebecca Andersen It carried the main motif to the next movie, and it will keep doing that.
Ahhh I love this soundtrack, I cried as soon as I heard the old theme used ;-;
I love that danny Elfman uses alice's theme in this movie and adds more bass instruments too it. it's just a beautiful score.
2020, and still no Alice 3. Come on Tim Burton! We're waiting!
Well there are only two books: Alice in wonderland and through the looking glass. Also, at the end of the 2nd movie she said she was probably never to return there. I hope they do make one, I just don't think it likely.
Burton didn't direct this film, he hates making sequels, and it was a box-office bomb.
i wish they would do alice 3 but there are only two books i just hope that in the future disney will do a prequel to the beginnings of alice in wonderland
@@qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm3093You're right that there were only two books. But maybe three movies. ;)
And if you ask what of? The Red King wakes up.
2023(((
This is like seriously one of my favorite Danny Elfman themes!
Oh, Alice, dear where have you been
So near, so far or in between
What have you heard what have you seen
Alice, Alice, please, Alice
Oh, tell us are you big or small
To try this one or try them all
It's such a long, long way to fall
Alice, Alice, oh, Alice
How can you know this way not that
You choose the door you choose the path
Perhaps you should be coming back
Another day, another day
And nothing is quite what is seems
You're dreaming are you dreaming, oh, Alice
Alice
So many doors, how did you choose
So much to gain so much to lose
So many things got in your way
No time today, no time today
Be careful not to lose your head
Just think of what the doormouse said Alice
Did someone pull you by the hand
How many miles to Wonderland
Please tell us so we'll understand
Alice, Alice, oh, Alice
Oh, how will you find your way
Oh, how will you find your way
Respect. 👏
@@Omnicient. Buz kill
I think you got the lyrics wrong. It doesn’t say any of the lyrics from “so many doors” and down, only “how will you find your way”
lol at first i thought it was "sol mi sol fa so in between" lmao i'm so deaf
These lyrics are dope as fuck what the hell
2:53 - 3:08 This theme got stuck in my head and I love it
...Simply extraordinary! Alice is that everlasting classic in literature and now in music!
Cool
5:30 favorite part! Anyone else hear the White Queen sing at that part?
It'd be awesome !
I DID
White Queen? What part? I hear the original lyrics only haha "how can you know this way not that? you choose the door you choose the path! perhaps you should be coming back another day, another day, and nothing is quite what it seems, your dreaming, are you dreaming? oh! Alice!"
You can hear her at 5:30 listen to the main girl singing sounds Like Anne Hathaway
Wow! I never noticed that before! AWESOME!
Danny elfman is a true composer
One of the best work of his career.
4:43 : the part whr my soul is healed for a brief 15secs.
This, without a doubt, is one of the most beautiful compositions I've ever heard. Just perfect!
I didn't hate through the looking glass, but I think it really lacked what made the first film so special.
Mercman99 agree. I love both movies but you can tell not as much effort was put into this one
I loved both, but I actually thought "Looking Glass" was even better, more depth to all the characters and simply amazing visuals and action sequences. I also liked the message. Time was also an excellent addition.

I haven’t heard this in so long
Yeah same XD

that's good that they keep a kind of continuity in the music :)
I love the subtle differences Elfman made to the theme for this movie.
4:43❤️❤️❤️
I saw the movie today and I loved it, , especially the soundtrack! So everyone go and see this movie!
I agree, it was amazing!
I just finished watching the movie too and it was spectacular!
Please pretty please I beg you tell me the ending I saw the first movie in theaters and I loved it it's been my dream to see the second one but I couldn't go see it because my mom said if the fist one was boring the second would make her throw up please tell me the ending
This is a better movie than the first one.
If there is one word to describe Alice, it is "I love it."
"I love it!" too.
With so "muchness." as well.
perfect timing!!! the hand clock in my house went of right when the band started!!!!ahhhh!!!!
At my school we are dancing to this song we go until about 2:47 when Alice leaves wonderland. The ending is really sad. 😭😭
"Times up :)" -Cheshire

I’ve been looking for this for so long! My ballet school did Alice and they used this song so much!
This song represents Alice Through The Looking Glass ❤
I got goosebumps!
