Fun fact: expunged has infinite power due to the super large d&b fanbase people will make so many fan made d&b mods that it will get to one point where expunged’s like 700th form would be made and he can spam like 50k notes per second. And shaggy does not have that much phases (not much fan mods) so his power is not increasing as much. *what i mean here is that d&b has so much fan mods that there are like hundreds of versions of the same character (expunged) which will increase his power since he does not have a limit.* And some of the d&b devs also canonically confirmed he is stronger than shaggy and the wiki is outdated to before golden apple was even a thing.
