Cooking recipe and ingredients:
250 ml of warm milk.
120 g of sugar.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
1 egg.
80 g of softened butter.
Pinch of salt.
Mixing.
550 g of flour.

Knead the dough to a homogeneous consistency.
Lubricate the bowl with oil.
Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
300 g of boiled condensed milk.
100 g of walnuts.
Mix well.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Brush the dough with melted butter.
Repeat after me.
Lubricate with egg white.
We make patterns with a wooden skewer.

Hi, I use bakers flour ( higher protein content ) or plain flour will work too, called all purpose flour in USA. Hope that helps? 🙂
