By far some of the best design and build work ever for the Sims franchise period. And the cc you are using it 100% the best the fans of the franchise has ever created. Like full stop 100% if there was some way to give you real life awards for your work and to the cc creators as well, I would. Keep doing what you're doing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! but no surprise there, all your builds are wonderful. I would love to see a video of you showing how you build just the exterior in real time. Might be an idea more so for the main channel, but I try to see what it is you’re doing with the roofing, trim, rooms under the roof (if that makes sense 😅) and it’s just hard to catch in the speed build!
You have such a great eye for detail! If I can make one suggestion is to google the kitchen work triangle:) It probably doesn't matter a lot in the sims but just want to spread some architect knowledge
