this to me is the definitive version of PES 6, because it's more complete than the overseas version. the only thing that was still missing was the option to play African qualifiers in Intrrnational Challenge.
i can't believe you didn't recognise Zico, though. not only one of Brazil's greatest players, one of the greatest ever. and yes, he appeared in all WE covers during the time he managed Japan (from after the 2002 World Cup to the 2006 World Cup). the Japanese hold him in high regard for his work helping turn football a professional sport there.
I remember playing PES 6 on my mate's PS2 and then getting the 360 and being so excited for the 'next gen' PES 6 I was going to be buying... It was an absolutely appalling game with less features haha. I played it to death as it was the only football game I had on my 360 for a while but it was not a happy time.
The J-League traditionally starts in February and the K-League starts in March. The game came out in late April so basically, it's the asian version of PES 6 but for us europeans, it's a very late, updated version of PES 5 [which only works for playing using the latest formations and lineups] and portrayed by Juve, treviso & Lecce still in Serie A, and teams like Gimnastic, Levante and Huelva still not promoted to LaLiga as most european seasons don't end until May. The reason you find the game slower could be due to the 4:3 aspect, I'd find it slow too in that case, that's why I leave it on 16:9.
Still had all the 05/06 kits too, and the Bundesliga teams in the "German League". I guess JL WE10 + Europe League 06/07 was their version with 06/07 teams. Maybe WE10 LE in Korea
The balls physics are slightly different I find. The ball bobbles more in we10 compared to pes6. Definitely not a placebo. Regarding we9le I started an ml with Liverpool in div 2 with div 1 being the premier league above. I think these winning eleven games would provide a cracking ml. Cheers for the vid.
I highly suggest you check out winning eleven 7 If you like pes 3, I think you will love this game I’m referring to the original version, not the international version Basically the first version, every winning eleven on the ps2 era had 2 Japanese/korean versions😂
@@zzzae true, I was referring to the “normal” winning eleven, with the j.league edition it’s usually 3 versions That gives you so many versions for every we/pes, adding the European ps2 and pc versions

I'm surprised how I missed this video, oh well! Thanks for making my wish true, Mike! xD
The manager is Brazilian legend Zico! He managed Japan from 2002-2006

I'll always cherish Winning Eleven 10 specifically for their intro. It's so... Japanese, best way to describe it.
As for Japan's national team... they did just score like 7 goals on China the other day.
This Is PES 5, Not 6
WE 7 is PES 3, WE 8 is PES 4, WE9 is PES 5 and WE 10 is PES 6
Incorrect, PES 6 is WE 10.
But it is the PES 5 clubs. Birmingham City is in this game but they were relegated in the 2005-2006 season. They were not in PES 6.
@@TheDude-qw6vi this came out in Japan whilst the previous League season was still going on. That is why.
