Por el momento te aconsejo 1 . poner tu cuenta de gmail vinculada a tu celular...2 coloca la fecha y hora de tu país y ciudad...3. Ingresar a la play store de tu equipo y actualizar las aplicaciones que requiere el equipo para su buen funcionamiento.... Espero y esto te ayude..😊😊😊.

If you looking for high performance then I’m not recommending it but for basic performance it’s completely perfect . I’m using it quite while now and I don’t have any problems. For cheap prices it’s ok…
Tvbox muy malo. Cortes reinicios continuos en app de streaming con conexión por cable al router. Sorprendente lo que tarda en actualizar app una vez descargada.
Muy mal producto. Las aplicaciones se bloquean y cierran solas, las actualizaciones de la Google Store tardan muchísimo en descargar y actualizar a pesar de estar conectadas por cable a router de fibra óptica. Es una basura, evidentemente sin soporte. Dinero tirado.

How can i close down bakground apps without having to force stop tried everything cant seam to find it
There is built in apps cleaner install on this box you can use it . Or you can also install third party cleaner app…..like clean master
