I’m going to bump this review we bought this exact year and model (new old stock) from an east coast independent dealer based on this very review. Anyone considering a Class C needs to look at these we have had ours for exactly a year and like any RV you have to make things work for you. We have had 16 camp nights 4 states VA, NC, SC, KY and driven through half of TN. It tows a two door Jeep like a champ very maneuverable and so far only had minor build quality issues keeping in mind the price. This being our second RV and first motor home the length is exactly what we thought would work for two adults and a medium sized dog. We were almost signed up for a nice class C but we really think this was a better choice. Thanks for the video review I really wish we could have gone out west and bought it from you. Cheers 🍺. It's surprising how affordable these smaller ones are compared to the ones over 30 feet. I'd rather have this than a giant one that's difficult to drive and park.
Good Morning, Ron. I like this new model. I would order one with more winter insulation and remove the outside kitchen. I would like a 25 gallon LP gas tank, but the 20 pound tanks have my interest. I still would prefer the fiber glass roof. I currently have 46,000 miles on my 2014 Winnebago Trend 23B. Great fuel economy.
Good morning! Thanks for your note... we would have to have this custom built which is no problem. However, I am certain Winnebago will not swap out the roof.

Thanks for your note... keep in mind when we say fiberglass roof that is referring to the membrane skin... the Intent features the same laminate block foam roof in between metal trusses that interlock to the walls, so it carries the same quality and R values of even our Grand Tour diesel pushers. The Dicor skin then is used as the final membrane, backed with a 12 year warranty. By comparison, other manufacturers use bat insulation, in between wooden trusses, so the "stuffing" causes the roof to feel spongy even when new
Do you have any images of the interior with the slides in, so we can see how easy (or difficult) it is to access the restroom and bedroom? Also, how easy is it to remove the exterior kitchen? I'd rather use that space for a bike than for anothe rkitchen. Thanks!

I will be replacing my older Winnie Brave 26SE...likely with this Intent. I usually dry camp (no hook-ups) and use portable solar panels and the generator to top off the coach batteries. The combination of a cloudy day and being at the Cali State Campground that has prescribed generator hours will certainly exhaust the coach batteries with one reefer on and other e-needs. I don't like to run the generator all day...the noise. Is there an optional propane reefer? Your thoughts? I'm impressed at how Winnie delivered the Intent at this price. Kudos!
Good evening! The refer is field tested at over 32 hours... and we could always add rooftop solar and larger or more batteries to accommodate this, no problem!
Good morning! Thanks for your note.... no maintenance or changes to bedding are required - simply push the button to retract the slide and it will butt up against foot of the bed without any changes.

Good evening Gerry... thanks for your note... there is a safety override to prevent lowering the bed while the engine is running. It is also illegal for any occupant to be above the cab while any RV is in motion (even a class C)

Good evening Bernard! Thanks for your note... please note that we use the residential all electric refrigerator and it's mounted to the steel superstructure. We've been using this even with LP refrigerators for over 20 years with no issue. Hope this helps!
