It really nice to see someone who has many followers from all over the world show people the Palestinian heritage as it is! Amazing! Keep doing great work!
Love this Mother and Son video. Very charming. I am about to make this recipe but want to know if the rice is supposed to be cooked first? OR, just rinced?
Even though I don't like grape leave I still watched this to the end because the relationship between son and mom is fun definitely shared it with my mom
Dunno about anyone else but I watch these for Anwar getting beats from his mum 😂😂😂 reminds me of when my mum was teaching me how to make round chapatis, with her chappal in hand 😂😂😂💕 Awesome stuff! 😂
We need to know what the "7 spice mix" contains. Please share! Also, I always heard you need to roll LOOSELY because the rice expands while cooking. Thank you Anwar's Mama!
You are right, roll it not very tied but also not very loosely ...seven spices usually are: allspice, black Peper, cinnamon , ginger, cloves, nutmeg , mahleb ...but you can add and remove spices as you like according to your wish and taste
I find the mother and son relationship is adorable. Lol his mom is hilarious how she roasted her son.
Glad she did!😂

What does Egyptian rice looks like though ? Is it any different from the normal ones ?
Its calrose rice
Any short grain rice would work
Ohhhh looks fabulous
Make sambosa for Ramadan
What kind of rice is better for dolma. Medium and short grain get fluffy and expand. Long grain like jasmine or basmati? Just curious.
