Excellent! Thank you for the torque and rpm lesson. Indeed, every system is connected. I think I will build a 7000 rpm high torque clipper with a fat but not very heavy cutting blade and dlc coated stationary blade to keep the heat down.
I need ur help I’m currently replacing only the battery on my wahl seniors. I bought them pre owned from another barber. I am upgrading the battery but seeing ur videos it’s made me want to upgrade the motor as well! Can you please recommend me a motor to swap out with the old one? Also the battery I am upgrading to is the tomb 45 battery do u recommend any other batteries as well?
How do you change the motor shaft safely without damaging something? I tried it once and it didn't go well... I want to put a brushless motor to a Wahl Magic Clip but the shaft doesn't fit because is too big! How did you manage to put a brushless motor to your Wahl Clipper?
I got a Gamma Alpha clipper, can I upgrade with a brushless motor? I need to change the shaft that came with the original motor to new one? I need to change the battery? Or just the motor and shaft it’s enough.
@@CutswareGeek I got a crazy idea. Can I upgrade a Wahl “replica” from AliExpress?, because at the end of the day, I need to take off the motor and battery, all this because is more cheap than buy a original Wahl to upgrade.
@@Johnny-ue5pq remember, assembly quality matters more than hardware itself, if you sure you find the good motor, shaft, the battery and you can assemble it well and you know what rpm to choose without your clipper getting hot, go for it.
@@CutswareGeek Master, just one last question. I found two brushless motors, one for babyliss, with the little white plug, and other one, “special” to wahl, with a shaft that looks like wahl, with the the little ring in the red wire to screw it the switch, and the black wire to weld. The quality could be the same? Or I need to choose one specifically?
Have you heard the new Saber 2.0 clipper with EON brushless motor it’s supposed to be a high end motor in that clipper but idk the difference between that EON thing and normal brushless motor if you have some info please share it thank you
@@CutswareGeek like I said they invested in this high end brushless motor called eon or whatever technology is behind it that’s why I asked you 😂 but yeah I would never pay $300 for a clipper

You can't do boosting for SC Instinct, the clipper is good, going for a trimmer with the same motor as clipper is not a good idea. The trimmer gets noisy and fix is time intensive.
Do you have any info on the brand 686 Cherry bomb "Detach" in particular They appear to be exactly the same as a set of clipper and trimmer by Cronier, it's just that there's an insane price difference. I want to buy one just want to know if the Cherry Bombs have a different blade or if they are the exact same thing. Thanks in advance. I had placed the Aliex links for both but my comments gets automatically erased :'c
686 Cherry Bomb Detach is as same as VGR V-137, a very good, well designed clipper (some issues on blades heat which is global). About Cronier i could not find the set, please include a link.

Gamma Alpha's circuit board was not designed for brushless motor but you can do it, it's better to purchase a new rotary motor from stylecraft.

Have you worked on the TPOB play or XO clippers? They are super quiet.
if i'm not wrong, both has ceramic dynamic blade with babyliss like pin-drive design, this is not always but usually a silent combo

Stylecraft was bad on rotary, on vector and AC, it is hard for stylecraft to defend them. I prefer those clippers in compare to stylecraft...
