I bought a bottle of lusty claw and yes i got sold because of the cool bottle but the bourbon is absolutely horrific i bought this bourbon like years ago and i still have half a bottle left. Which I went through at least 60 bottles of bourbon already since ,,, only reason i have half a bottle left is because i had nothing left to drink so i had no choice 🙄

I would be. I don’t like saying anything bad about a product because so many people work hard to get that product on the shelf. But Lusty Claw is over $70 now and you can tell they made the whiskey taste that way on purpose.

That Bulleit was very good. Just a little too pricey. The Lusty Claw was one of the worst things I’ve tasted. I wouldn’t return it, I recommend drinking it, you might like it. The worst part about Lusty Claw is they made it taste that way on purpose. To me it taste like a cow ate a lot of onions and pissed in my mouth and yes I know what that taste like and no I don’t want to talk about it.

Not to me. I cut out the part where I said I wouldn’t buy this Bulleit again because of the high price. There isn’t much complexity in the taste. But I guess that’s what you’ll get with barrel strength bourbons.

Even if Lusty Claw was good, you wouldn't want to buy this, because you'd end up with an empty bottle that you would not want to get rid of. So maybe this is just a for show whiskey, it was never meant for drinking, just for looking cool on your shelf. That makes sense to me.
