- Hello everyone! Today I have a new information about Masha. On Sunday 26th, I gave the dinner for all the cats in the shelter. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. They eat all the food included Masha. She eats a lot of food. Actually, Masha was fine on that day. She ate and played with her friend happily.
However, on Monday 27th in the early morning she didn't look normal. She changed her sleeping activity on the mattress so many times. She felt bad in her body. She started to shock at 5:27 am. Then, at 7:13 I saw her inactive on the mattress. I rushed to hold her and put her to stand on the floor. But she couldn't stand. Her body became weak. I am so shocked at that time also.
After that, I take her to the hospital in the city urgently. Masha was seizure two times on the way. I spent 1 hour to take her to the hospital. When I arrived the hospital, the doctor take her to the emergency room. He puts oxygen for Masha. And he tried many way to help Masha. Unfortunately, she couldn't save. She passed away so fast. I can't describe my feeling now. I just want to cry and shout loudly😭. Why does this case happen again?
I discuss with the doctor about this case. And he explains that Masha is a stray cat, she doesn't have enough nutrition. Especially, she is the cat that doesn't have eyelid. Her genetic makes her blind. Moreover, she doesn't grow up like other cats. So she is easy to be shocked unexpectedly.

Poor little darling Masha, it's so sad. I had hoped to see her grow up and be a happy cat, living a long life with you and her feline friends. Just like Lucy Miracle, Magic and Mega. I guess it's hard to make up for the long term bad effects of poor nutrition so early in an infant/baby kitten's life. It must affect their development and overall health so much, worse if the kitten has underlying health issues. Don't be discouraged, and take comfort in the fact that you gave her the best and most comfortable, happy life possible from her rescue to her end. I'm going to miss her, I was so very fond of little Masha. Thank you for caring for her so well.

@HLT890 no Masha was the little blind cat. The skinny cat was the last they rescued who died a couple of days ago. He was another one...he had no name yet 🥹

Masha was such a little girl, but so happy to play & be with her friends. I know sometimes the bigger kitties picked on her, but she found a way to have friends. Being blind, I hoped she would find alot of happiness with Lucy Miracle & Magic.
Now little Masha has joined Stella, Coco, Sparkle, Kajub, Jolly & the others up in Heaven & St Francis of Assisi will watch over her 💗

I'm so sorry this happened. It's hard. I lost a cat who was only 5 recently and I still want to scream. It's so unfair.
But it was quick for Masha... she didn't have long to be really sick before she passed, so she didn't have to suffer very much.

@@applepieedition6189 The beds are fine, it just is abnormally and unseasonably col this year. some water bottles with warm water should be enough ( Sorry if I sound like I know al, I promise I do not, but I also live in Cambodia, but not in Phnom Penh)
