Spoiler . . . . . . Narumi is #2 in both swordmanship & gunship (as opposed to Hoshina & Mina who are #1 respectively). However, since Narumi has both skills, he is more versatile and can handle any size by himself.
I think mina obliterating the Honju isnt because she's being cautious, i think its because she wants to make a statement to kafka, like that is who she is right now, and a little foreshadowing on reno using freeze rounds,
After seeing the Vice Captain's Katana. Now I wonder what weapon will Kafka get cause he's clearly not meant for the guns. I hope they give him some brass knuckles since he's always punching things in his kaiju state lol

Considering he’s still a rookie, he had absolutely no idea that everyone is good at something & he’s in his thirties. He was just trying to be useful which is great but I’m surprised he didn’t figure it out in his twenties though.

I think Mina flexed so hard on the kaiju 4 times in a row just to show Kafka how cool she has become as they aspired when then where young.
