Bonanza Recovery by Midwest Helicopter Airways, Inc

A beechcraft bonanza b36 made a successful landing after experiencing engine issues in a bean field. The pilot of the small plane did an amazing job preventing any further damage from the off airport landing. Midwest Helicopter was called in to lift the aircraft back to the DuPage Airport (KDPA) without any additional damage. The journey was 4 miles long and took 10 min to complete. Road closure and airport traffic pattern adjustments had to me made in order to keep people a safe distance away. In the end, the lift went better than planned.
