I'm just helping you to understand it correctly:
At the beginning he is saying that we (Albanians) are in war since about 1000 years (against the politics of the serbs/slavs). They killed the childrens, burned our houses etc. and it's happening again and again. We will never forget or forgive the blood you spilled. Over generations we have heroes in each Albanian territories. Next he said that we are sick and tired with our neighbours. They want our territories like Serbs Kosovo or Greeks Çameria (it's in South-Epirus, Greece, not in Macedonia (they massacred hunderds of thousands of Albanians there in the times of WW1 amd WW2)). They all splitted Albania and want to change our history. Everyone denying the genocides they did to us (Serbs, Greeks, etc.). Please stand up from the deaths Zahir Pajaziti (to fight them). Then he meantioned Adem Jashari (who got massacred with his whole family in Skenderaj by armed police forces... more than 40 persons). Next he asked till when those massacred will stop (like the one in Tivar/Bar in Montenegro) and till when we will have heores and meantioned some popular KLA fighters.
In the hook he said that we are crying over Kosovo which is known as Dardania and was inhabited for over thousands of years by the Illyrian tribe Dardani (Illyrians are the ancestors of the Albanians and were the first people that lived in the Balkans). He also talked about arberi which is also an illyrian tribe but also a synonym for Albanians (today the Albanians in Italy are called like that). The first official Albanian state had the name Arberi.
In the second part he said that politics is bs because history repeats over and over again (over generations they tried to kill and discriminate us, trying to steal our lands and history). We were there before the occupation of the Sultan (before the ottomans came), before christianity, before the slavs even entered the Balkans (7th century AD). Our voice was there at any time of European and Balkan history. Even at the same time of the Romans. Dardanians built Rome (after the Roman Empire fought against the Illyrians for decades they finally had the power over these territories... a lot of Dardanians/ Trojans (Albanians) were then fighting for the Romans and also built a lot of Roman cities). After that he talks that the Greeks don't like to hear this unknown fact: Zeu (Zeus) is albanian mythology (there are a lot of theories and facts that a lot of "greek" history is probably Albanian, since even the words like Afrodite, Hercules, Sparta and so on have only a word to word Translation in Albanian). He laters said that the "Barbarians" (that lived in the Balkans and Homer meantioned before the Greeks came) were talking Albanian.
I tried my best for you to understand the meaning of these words and why it's so touching. We Albanians have a bloody but long and great history and because of politics and greedy neighbours we are at this point that we are now. It's sad but motivational at the same time. Peace out.

and honesty a lot of people think were arrogant and very close minded people because of our short tempers, but when you come from a country thats been suppressed and tried to taken away from us, we had to learn to be protective of ourselves. We albanians, all of us, are very fearless and we are willing to die for the right causes making us basically sick in the head lol but i love my culture too much because i know what we stand for together. and you are part of our community!

Dardania is Kosovo, Preseva, Medjvega, Uljcin. Basically Serbs changed its name to Kosovo when they occupied our land. They gave Uljcin to Montenegro and took the rest.
