    • @christophergraves6725
      @christophergraves6725 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@flagtheoffense But they are not being paid for being athletes. They are serious students. What I feel is contempt for most colleges and their exploitation not only of athletes but also faculty, most of whom are paid below the poverty level, while the colleges keep hiring more and more administrators who are paid six figures and more for nothing constructive. The football and basketball teams of Division I should be recognized for what they are and that is pro-teams with most players in school only to play their sport as a farm team to the NFL or NBA.
      The teams should be separated from the colleges with the athletes being openly paid for their services. That way, the loyalty to a team won't transfer to support for the college, which are busy at work attempting to destroy Western Civilization.

      I'm an Army boy, so I love saying this out loud. Marines are a part of the navy. Also, all three teams do play for the CIC trophy. It's just that the Army and Navy have had a football rivalry longer than the Air Force has been around. 124 years, to be precise. So that's why this game is so important. In fact, Army and Navy like to stop wars for a day to watch this game.😂

      Playing far back was a safe call, but you can see that you just let them do that too much with no pressure, when they were down 2 touchdowns, I would've mixed in at least one blitz, and if armys defense stopped them the first drive, that might have closed the door or army offense burned more time off the clock, non the less, mistakes on both sides haha

      Students at West Point and students at the US Naval Academy. So actual Army and Navy servicemen.

    Going for 2 points on the prior touchdown before was a mistake. Should have took the point that got within one score. Even if they did score on the last drive, they still had to go for 2 after just to tie.

      Agreed. I was rooting for Army but I questioned that play as well. Still a lot of time left. Should have just lined up to tie it.

      @@edapostle5349 If they had to go for the win during regulation, they could have during the second TD (if they got it). Them not making the 2 points put way to much pressure on them.
      On a side note, was not a big fan of Army laying all over receivers and such after the play trying to burn the clock. The refs having to stop the clock 2 or 3 times should have been addressed and I would not expect it from Army or Navy teams.
