@@noehuang6305not too difficult, i just got done learning this piece. the notable difficulties for me were the fingerings in the left hand throughout the whole piece and the rhythm in the right. otherwise it should be easy enough
Veneta, you are an amazing pianist!! Not only do you play this classic with absolute technical precision, but also with the utmost and heartfelt passion for the music. This is the best performance I have heard to date, even better than Baremboim! I think he plays it too fast, but your version is slightly slower and allows for all the beautiful musical brilliance and harmonics to soak right in through the skin. BRAVO! ~Jackie
Mendelssohn Bartholdy das Gondellied, einen Wunderbare melodie, Sie haben mit viel Gefühl gespielt, übe ich seit 1Jahr oh noch sehr schwer aber schaffe ich das, vielen Dank,
Among the four first purposes on YT for this piece, we can hear a Fazioli, a Yamaha and a Steinway... Very interesting sound comparison! This Steinway sounds really the best to my ears! But... where is Bosendorfer? 😂 Anyway, your rendition is really gorgeous! I love it ! Well done!
Thank you! Each instrument is different - not only as a brand but also the specific piano, not to mention that they change every day... you never know what you are going to have!
Lovely playing, Veneta, I enjoyed it so much. I am especially fond of Mendelssohn’s Songs Without Words & I totally agree with your Brevitas perspective on the short form pieces. Do you like Mendelssohn’s Opus 30 No. 1 in E Flat Major? Thank you for posting this video!
Hi Veneta, what a pleasant surprise to see you replied to my comment. I only saw this today when I replayed your video. Thank you. PS: I tried to follow the link to order your CD but kept getting an error message. Broken link?
I'm 12 years old and I play this song on the piano too. I'm listening to you to learn it thoroughly. Thank you!
Best of luck with the piano!
My 7y daughter is learning this song too.
My 3 years old son too
My newborn cousin is learning it as well
This is the most beautiful version of Venetianisches Gondellied I’ve ever heard ❤

Music that touches the heart and soul, with an interpretation that couldn't be better; thank you.
Das ist für mich die beste Version dieses Stückes wunderbar gespielt danke für die aufnahme der Hände!
A song without words, but it says more than words can say because of the way you play it! Wonderful Vaneta ... greeting from Süd Burgenland, Paul 🌈
This is exactly how the song is meant to be played. Bravo
Thank you, Isa!

The piano is a musical component which I love. Thanks for sharing your talent with us, VN!! 🎼🎼🎹🎶🎶
This is better than many as it is properly paced and doesn't run away.

How hard is this piece?
In terms of notes - not very! In terms of musical content - immensely!
@@neynska I've been playing piano for 2.5 years now, is within my reach?
It depends how advanced you are but usually it would be too early.
