The Panthers could be good and we wouldn't know it, becuase he's literally been worse than Jamarcus Russell and Joey Harrington on the field. Dave Tepper destroyed the Keep Pounding Culture of the Panthers to build it back in his own vision. Let go of DJ, CMC, Brian Burnes, Steve Wilkes, Donte Jackson, and 2 top picks that ended up being Jalen Carter & Caleb Williams. Then he vetoes his staff for CJ Stroud to take Bryce Young who did really have any “wow” traits. Surround him with nothing. Brought in a under qualified Head Coach because nobody else wants to work for a legitimate control freak. Bryce needs to get out of there ASAP its a dumpster fire in Carolina

The Panthers have an improved offensive line this year and he has talent around him. When he overthrows a 5 yard pass to an open receiver, it doesn't matter who is around him. When the throws on his tiptoes or has to jump to throw a pass, you can't coach height. In 18 games, Bryce Young has shown no flashes of light or hope on being a good QB much less a great one. Also Frank Reich himself said he wanted Bryce Young.

@theblinkerx I agree that Tepper is the worst current owner, doesn’t want a rebuild period expects coaches to win right away (he also fired 3 soccer coaches in 3 years for his soccer team he owns). They traded CMC away for nothing, could’ve traded Burnes away for 2 1st round draft picks to the rams and they said no and then trade him for way less to the giants, gave up a fortune of draft picks and a #1 WR to move up 8 spots.. then went with the small QB when the coaching staff all wanted Stroud. They had a poor roster to begin with but they did try to improve with O-line help and some receivers like trading for Dionte Johnson.. but panthers biggest issue is their QB Young, he has no confidence, doesn’t look like he wants to be out there, and guys who analyze QB play even said he doesn’t push the ball down field and try to make deep throws, he doesn’t see the middle of the field well (probably because his height) he’s dropping his eyes to soon to look for the pass rush cause he doesn’t wanna get hit which doesn’t help seeing when guys get open, and he’s not even making high school level throws like bubble screens and hitch routes. I’m sure Carolina is going to have the #1 overall pick this year, but I’m sure they’ll be more competitive with Dalton playing QB since it’s a massive upgrade for how bad Young is playing

There is something I don’t understand… it’s common to hear from Pro’s The League is on another level faster, stronger, smarter. You often talk about “this ain’t college ball” and you are absolutely right.
HOWEVER, with Bryce Young you talk about him being a “winner in middle school, high school and college and somehow connect the dots and say “it ain’t you”??? So which is it???
Bryce Young’s MECHANICS are at least a contributing factor. Briefly he carries the ball to low slowing down his release time. He doesn’t step into his passes decreasing his accuracy and power on the ball and he has a tendency to hold the ball to long… He NEEDS a Quarterback Guru to help him…

I don't think they've watched any film this season. Through 2 weeks, Bryce was one of the least pressured QBs on throws. This previous week, the run game even stepped up and contributed. He couldn't convert 3rd down. 3rd and short/manageable. All of his sacks are from Blitzs (which is his responsibility to see presnap and make the correct audible or hit the right hot route) or he held the ball too long. So can't really blame the Oline.
Then WRs have been open and he has just flat out missed them or has completely not seen them open. (On him for not being able to process everything.) Which processing was apparently what he did so well in college. You're not seeing that right now.

The most important player the Chiefs had for Pat Mahomes when got there was Alex Smith.

The Sam Darnold and Baker thing is so disingenuous. Sam played well here started off hot and slowed down a bit and got hurt then the season was a wash. Baker played ok here but we moved on because we thought he wasn't the qb that could take ur team to the next level. Bryce has played like the worst qb in history with 0 flashes of nfl caliber plays. Even if the team was as bad as yall say there should still be a play that you can look at and say Bryce could be the guy.

They need to hire me as GM. I have an idea to get that team back on track. 1st he have to put on some weight. Then show accuracy in the pocket on the run. 2nd. I’m hiring Payton Manning as my OC, I need an Offensive Head Coach.
