The year is 1912. Four unsuspecting heroes find themselves thrown into chaos as hordes of monsters seek to tear them limb from limb. Can Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Eugene Debs, and William Howard Taft navigate the Sentinel Artifact's dark work, or will their souls become forever trapped in the "Dead of the Night"?

True, but as the unknown figure said. Eugene was imagining the situation. So, it is entirely possible that the other survivors were never there at all. This is supported by the fact that the others never turned into zombies and simply disappeared at the end of the adventure.

I think this is our first one-shot crew because I don't see them coming back when 3/4 are dead. Everyone was great. Hyped to find out who the stranger with the zomboys is.

Expect for General Brigadier, easily the best character in that crew. Hell possibly the best character in the Chaos story!

Hell yeah! I personally think dead of the night is one of the most underrated zombies maps of all time, great wonder weapon, atmosphere like none other, and unique mini bosses and side easter eggs like the stake knife

Homie was a sick kid, with crippling asthma. Doctors thought he wouldn't make it to 20, so naturally he was home schooled and kept to himself.
UNTIL he decided to become a cowboy persona to help him be rough and tough, attended Harvard just because he could.
People talk about the rough riders but his help on the Naval part of the Spanish war was what helped it become a highly successful campaign barely worth mentioning in the books. What a sweep.

Gotta be honest this was a great original crew concept and I’m glad it’s not dragged out and still has a little bit of canonical value to it while standing on its own enough that I’ll watch this again cause it was good and not just part of a playlist, as always Josh and the crew did an awesome job can’t wait for more LORE

I've watched this episode like 20 times by now (it's so good). And i only JUST noticed. At the beginning, when Wilson meets Debbs, his forehead has a glowing spot that dissapears before he turns around. I believe the Sentinel Artifact started possessing and manipulating Eugene fron the very first moment he entered Roosevelt's mansion.

Bruh I keep watching these vids over and over and I binged watched all Joshua Shaw's 4 hour vids and compilations and shreebingtons vids too, btw anyone else noticed that Debs or devs the second guy to show had the glowing red dot on his forehead and it disappeared when he started talking to Wilson?
I have to say I love this crew the most! The way they play off each other is awesome and how they talk is cool, giving them a more formal way of talking fits greatly. Great video can’t wait to see more!

Theodore sounds exactly like his Civ 6 appearance, which is a beautiful thing to hear. And Taft sounding like Sully from Uncharted is just so funny to me and I absolutely love it!
Wilson sounds about what you’d expect. And Debs is interesting, as I’m not sure if any voice recording actually exists from him. So I’ll definitely be wondering just how close to the truth this ai voice is.
Man I absolutely adore your story telling, your research and knowledge of the characters you use... its absolutely second to none.
Also, Taft being a furry had me rolling. Fantastic job, yet again, as always!

Taft really living up to the role of the Brigadier as the loud, well-spoken fan favorite. This is probably my favorite of the Presidents play series, and I'm quite fond of you exploring various characters and crews, really sets you apart from various presidential zomboys. The only parts I don't like are the long intro cutscene which I didn't find VERY funny (though there was some good spots) and the absolute heartbreaker you pulled for the ending.
Edit: Also great choice of soundtrack as always, but especially so for Dead of the Night

Real talk I’ve noticed for several of these videos you’ve used final fantasy 6 themes in the background. I just wanna say considering 6 is my favorite in the series thank you for introducing them to the newer generation of kids and gamers. They were all banger themes for their times.

I honestly think it’s smart how you deliberately skip steps such as the zodiac symbol/tally mark step. They’re just tedious and it’d be boring and break up the pace of the story if you had the presidents commentate on every nook and cranny of the Easter eggs.
Man the way people talked back then was very (sophisticated) even the insults, I could only imagine what they would think if they heard the zomboys talk to each other.
Its Quite accurate how Teddy coined the term "zombie", since the first zombie movie wasn't until 1932

The teddy Roosevelt voice doesn't do it justice, now if it was the epic rap battle one would be epic, please don't take it the wrong way as it's a historical voice I think the erb version gives it more pep.
It's the one from Civilization 6 i assumed. I mean play their voice at the same time and you'll hear the similarities.

At first I didn’t like the voices but as the video went on they became what I expected and less that I got used to it and more like they exemplify good storytelling. This was a well done story with a well done crew with somehow the most unexpected ending I’ve ever seen of your videos so far. I remember thinking that Monty abandoning Victis thinking it would be dark but now this is a level of dark that would make an amazing horror game. Great job man this was great 😊
The haunted mansion theme from sinnoh was a goated choice for this map.
