Raw Spouge is also the title of their first studio album published through Jamaican record label WIRL in 1973.

This is fire! I'm long time lover of reggae and ska... more recently looking into the roots of Mento and Calypso and just ran into this Spouge sound and I'm about it! I've got a lot of crate diggin' to do! Makes me want to take a trip to the Carib!

they were from st.phillip i believe, according to my dad who also grew up there.
they say music is a marker in time and this brings me back to my childhood in the seventies in bim.
