The weirdest dream I had was that it was a summer day and my mom was gardening as my dog was running around my backyard. I was walking to my trampoline and all of a sudden I was trapped in a block of ice. Let me just remind you that it's a SUMMER DAY. I was trying to punch my way out of the block. It wasn't working. No one noticed me. I saw an axe on the ground but for some reason I didn't bother to use it. I couldn't breathe anymore and then I woke up. I learned that I was cold because I had kicked my blanket off and I couldn't breathe because there was a pillow on my face.

I can recall one or two times when I actually was aware of it. It was kind of creepy and super weird. One could have guessed that I was more aware in my dream, and could control it now (lucid dreaming), since I noticed the transition from awake to dreaming.
But nope, I forgot about it seconds later when I found myself experiencing the first dream that night. -And yet I remembered it after I woke up like what- I still have a lot to learn though, when it comes to controlling my dreams.
Oh and btw my little sister told me she had experienced the same thing. She found it so creepy that she (manually?) woke herself up and wished for it to never happen again.
One of my biggest pet peeves is when you see having a really good dream and you want to know what happens next but you wake up ! I hate when this happens. Anyone else?

I never got to taste my white battered cookies with eggs, oatmeal, and strawberries that my friend and I set out to dry instead of baking. They had a jelly consistency, but in the dream we called them cookies.

This one time i had a dream where my best friend went missing then my roommates and i went searching for her and when we went to the balcony we saw blood and the balcony was closed off except for this one hole, so we all jumped in the hole and the moment we hit the ground i saw my best friend and when i said hi i woke up.

I sleep walk and sleep talk every night, according to my family. I have a super creepy story about it my brother and dad told me.
So one night my brother said he was lying in bed. His room is right beside my mum and dad’s room and I have to cross the landing and past our stairs to get round there. So one night my brother said he woke up and saw me standing at his door. He said he asked me if I was okay and I wouldn’t reply and a few minutes later I turned round to face his wall and starting calling my dad. Screaming his name. He said he was terrified and he didn’t realise I was asleep so he told me I was in the wrong room. I kept yelling my dad’s name and he eventually came in to my brother’s room and carried me back to my own room.
Apparently I’ve done this loads of times because my brother says when he gets up to get a drink he can hear me talking at like one in the morning. I’m a super light sleeper. One time and sleep walked to the stairs and started to walk down them and I set off the burglar alarm and it woke me up as I started crying. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

My strangest dream would have to be the one where I was playing Super Smash Bros before my dad screamed so loud my game broke. What's terrifying though is the fact that after I woke up in the middle of the night, because it was so dark, all my pokemon plush looked like they had my dad's face. It was horrifying!

A dream I wrote down:
A strange frog-tadpole mix. The size of my thumb, the creature has the head of a light grey frog, and a tail, which makes up the rest of its body. Though legs are not present on the creature, it is capable of jumping over a meter in the air, and does this to move. I spot it with a very young Charlie (my dog) and observe it hopping towards some kind of huddled mass. I approach the mass, confused to the sight of it. It turns out to be a slice of pizza, pinched together on the sides, (for reference, see how New Yorkers eat pizza). The closed pizza was completely shut at the narrow end, and formed a funnel-like shape. Surrounding parts of the pizza slice, a strange shape of plastic keeps it shut. However, as I keep looking, I notice a small bird, (or the rear side of it) trapped and dead within the funnel. The bird is white, about the size of a budgie, and its plumage carries resemblance to that of a seagull.

I had one of the weirdest dreams and I still remember it. My dream was like the best horror movie but it felt like it was in real life. In the dream I woke up and tons of houses were burning... there were flames everywhere. I could see familiar people running around and getting burned to death... The houses were falling down and I was in the middle of the flames... Then a house started falling my way and it crashed on me and then I woke up... This was my weirdest and most terrifying dream.

there was a point in elementary and middle school where the famous lines: "you got Mcdonalds money?" and "we got food at home" was affecting me so badly, that I was deadass having full dreams of buffets or me being at school and my mom bringing me the full chick-fil-a menu. this went on for about 4-5 years and I would tear up whenever id realize it was a dream, and that the only "food" we had at home was watery relish, chunky mayo, 3 slices of processed cheese, and a bag of fish/chicken fry

Didn’t I have to do something
When I was about 8 years old......I once had a dream that It was 8pm and my dad and me were watching TV and my older sister was going to take a bath(she was about 10 years old). I had to go get something from my bedroom and there was a HUUGE dragonfly in the corner( the corner where the wall meets the roof, right in front of our bathroom). Next, I screamed for my dad to come and help.... Me and my dad were sneaking around it, warning my older sister, who was already in the bath(might I add, in the dream, dragonflies were poisonous and could kill you... ). We told my sister to get out and be quiet and not to worry. It flew out of the corner and was buzzing and coming after us. We yelled at my sister to run out of the house.... That is when I woke up and started crying and breathing very heavily, I ended up staying awake in my bed, afraid, for half an hour before I passed back out.......... What. A. Night....

My stranges was being trapped in my bathroom by a giant talking lady bug with a bee stinger when I was like 5
Years later when I was 13 confronted this fear... We stood a few meters away from each other atop a empty green grass hill clouds surrounding us. We stared each other down I pulled out my master sword and mirror shield and it pushed out its sharp poison coated stinger. The lady bug said nothing and it flew at me with the intent to kill. I rolled out of the way, watching as it zipped around like a laser fending off its second assault with my shield sparks and poison flew in all directions lighting up the battle field and igniting it on fire for some reason idk it was a dream just go with it. I parried with my sword and shield for the next few blows looking for an opening. The ground beneath shattering into a giant pit of molten lava and the dark sky now thundering, with red lighting. I watched as the monster charged in at me on the little bit of ledge left. I had to strike now or it was over, but there wasn't an opening I jumped into the sky about 100 feet lightening striking all around me the monster destroying the only bit of land left. I took my sword and roared with all my might the beast was dazed from the huge smash into the platform now was the time. I fell down raised my sword high a small gap of moonlight shining upon my sword as a took my final swing down into the beast with all my night. I landed atop the injured beast and drove my sword into its head farther its head glowing red with pure evil I jumped off and feel to my doom looking up at the beast as it self destructed into a million bazillion pieces. I smiled and felt the warmth of me getting closer and closer to the magma pit accepting my fate I died. Then I woke up and was late for school by two hours.

I've had a reoccurring dream throughout my life, and it's where an eagle swoops down, snatches me up, and eats me. I was once dreaming about skydiving at Disney world with my family. I realized I had jumped without a parachute, but the acceptance I had of my certain death was the most tranquil and liberating feeling I had ever experienced. I hit the ground and woke up.

I always have dreams about celebrities that I admire... I spend a day or go on an adventure with them, and it's super awesome. The weirdest dream I've ever had was...:
I turned into a Zebra with wings that farted out rainbows, my cousin turned into Darth Vader with a pink light saber, my friend turned into a cloud, and my sister turned into a huge piece of pink cotton that threw up rainbows. We flew around the world and then I got hit by train. The train conductor was my dad and I woke up.

I've dreamed that I went to school without my pants on a couple of times lol, embarrassing as hell. Lots of my childhood dreams were me going to school in freaky situations.
when i left my home with my mom and went outside the country for health control,in the night my house was robbed by somebody and stole some previous things.My dad was in prison,so the home was alone.The night that i arrived at the hospital and some nurses came to me and made me blood analyses.I had to spend te night at the hospital.When my house was being robbed i saw a dream like a demon came into my house and i grabbed a cross (that god cross) and i was praying at god to remove this demon.After the dream i woke up at 4am of morning with pain in my chest,i was unable to take breath because i was at an intense chest pain.I had not a single porblem and i was completely a healthy boy.My mom called thr nurses but they gave me a painkiller.I was okay for the moment and i fall asleap till the morning when we found out that we got robbed.I was shocked and i think that the dreams are kinda connected to the real world.I dont know how to describe the pain i felt when somebody broke into our house.How can u guys describe this?

I have lucid dreams about twice a week and remember my dreams every night. They're mostly adventures and fantasy/science fiction stuff. Sometimes it'll be about problem that I come up with solutions for, but I hardly ever dream about mundane or normal life things. I like it this way. Weirdest was probably the one in a spherical cave half filed with water, where I was stuck on a floating rock in the middle and the cave was lit up by bioluminescent jelly fish. Between the glow they gave off and the rippling of the water, the light illuminating the cave walls were similar to that of the auroras.

Eyob Tadessa It's something I developed over years. There's something in the video that mentions something I found out myself, which is that people who wake up more commonly throughout the night have an easier time remembering dreams. I suffer from insomnia, so when I do sleep it's very rough and I'm up throughout the night. But that has the bonus of frequent dreaming. So the first step is figuring out if you're even able to remember your dreams, and if not, practicing that. I can't recommend this, but a side effect of caffeine is difficulty sleeping.
When it comes to lucid dreaming, there are two kinds. The kind where you're confined to the dream, and the kind where you're free to do anything.
My theory is that there's times in your dreams where you become self aware, or come to a state of mindfulness. For me, this comes in the form of looking at my hands and questioning whether or not "Is this real?" You'd be surprised how often you come to that question with sleep deprivation. My second trigger, if you want to call it that, is looking at clocks in dreams. They don't behave like they should, so it's a reminder of your situation.
But as a result, some fun stuff happens when you realize you're in a dream. For me specifically, I usually try to break past what I consider the border, into the "Loading Zone." Which is a white space where I can essentially create objects like trees or buildings, and break past real world barriers like flying or lifting things with my mind. other times when I'm confined to a certain area, I just explore it and try to learn and memorize everything I can before I wake up. Maybe I'd have some sort of epiphany from peering into what my mind is really thinking.
Anyhow, I've since started taking Saint John's Wort which has improved the quality of my sleep, so I don't dream quite as frequently as a result. But I'm also not exhausted or feel terrible constantly. Moral of the story: Pros and cons.
