Investigating the allegation of

This allegation was made by ‪@BeastMonster2K9FTWJulianFTL‬ . It was apparently taken from a stream on the channel of ‪@HiatusDueToBlueMinhCartoon‬ . So I'm going to politely ask. A second time now if they can from the stream. Do a recording where the account is using the matching voice of ‪@PAWPatrolFanForever2008‬ . They will have 5 working days to produce the video with evidence. And if they are not able to produce such evidence then the user ‪@BeastMonster2K9FTWJulianFTL‬ 's video could be deemed as false information. And he could get in trouble for this. Even if he wasn't behind any impersonating on a stream.
And my verdict for now. Is innocent. Under the grounds that there's not a way to identify that ‪@PAWPatrolFanForever2008‬ was behind the account showing his private parts. Unless people can provide a way of identification via face or voice in a raw recording from the same stream in the YT player, without edits (obviously still censor the privates in the stream playback settings)

This is why we are doing the investigation. Because it can't be deemed real until the stream owner shows the stream being played back with parts that identify the users voice and or face. So it can be compared to the voice or face of the alleged person who did this. And until we get some way to identify the user who did it. We can not say for sure who was on that streamyard acct getting their corey out.

So I need to politely ask the content owner @StepDownThanh‬ , if he can provide a way of identity for the account doing it, meaning a face or voice in the stream. Because for now. If people can't see a face or voice then it could be anyone.
