    Even if we would have beat Indiana, we couldn't have made it much further without Dame and Giannis at full health.

      Yes we simply weren’t a very strong team top to bottom this year

    For the Bucks to get markedly better they should look to trade either Brook or Middleton. Or both. Maybe with a combination of player(s) attach Marjon maybe. People don’t want to hear that and I get the emotional attachment to both but the Bucks not only need to get off those contracts but get more athletes and two way guys. Build around Giannis and Dame and while having depth and versatility.

    • @Cell9074
      @Cell9074 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Brook and Middleton have been excellent help to Giannis and Dame all season. They are made of champion DNA. Their problem all year has been a combination of lack of depth and/or injuries/non completeness/pointless load management. Never Brook and Middleton playing with Dame and Giannis beomg disasterous or not good enough to compete for a chip... that's a super dangerous and false narrative that can lead to us further destroying ourselves in the long run. We have to pick up ourselves by the f*ckin bootstraps and remind ourselves that we are winners and champions i'm tired of this nonsense. We have to stop belittling our own effing team. Marjon too not only needs to stay but needs an actual role which is now possible now a bagless, old, useless and playoff unplayable Jae Crowder is officially done playing with us. Anybody with a brain has wanted him gone for a while others sit watching him start and play for our entire offensive.defensive ability to be centered around Giannis in the good year of 2024. "Winning basketball". It's not going to be easy any year but no reason optimism should not still be high we are in a great position for at least the next 4 years

    Dame showed in the playoffs he still has it. Had Giannis played they wouldn't have won it all, but I do think they would have made a deep run.
    Trade Brook to a west coast team that needs a big to guard Joker, and try to find a way to bring in a switchable athlete like Dorian Finney Smith or Grant Williams.

    My biggest question: 2024/25 gm? 2nd: giannis Olympics?
    3rd: trade value of Brook/khris?
    (I don’t want to trade khris, but knowing his trade value is important)

    Well I skipped the post game pod cause I needed to lol
    But honestly, I’m looking forward to the next season. Looks like we’re mostly going to run in back. I realize everyone wants roster changes, but I think that’s frankly dumb. Let’s get these guys some continuity.

    • @GiuseppeJoseph
      @GiuseppeJoseph 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There needs to be roster changes. Sure run it back with the core 4. Bu Pat C need to be traded for youth. Malik will not be back as his salary will exceed what we can pay. plus whoever replaces him needs to be a better defender to play alongside Dame. Your continuity point is valid, but can not have the same 15 guys. Need some youth with skills that Doc will play in the playoffs or we will get run out of the gym due to age on our roster.

    If Giannis gets his midrange jumper , they draft a future center and find a younger athletic defensive wing the Bucks will could make it as far as the second round 😀they have AJax and AJ Green already both who have shown they deserve a future with the team . Add in Pat B maybe Pat C who knows .

    Run it back once more and load management the big 3. See how much interest can Brook, Pat C, Jae, and Malik (FA) once eligible to be placed in the trading block. Play Ajax, Green, Livingston, and Marjon and gauge if they are worth keeping or value would be too high not to trade them to get the chance to add more valuable role players. Pat Bev is a keeper as well as Bobby too

    • @Cell9074

    They should try to get some of the young blood from those teams that cleaned up on them in that bad four-game stretch. Get Vukcevic from the Wizards, Stevens or Goodwin from the Grizzlies, maybe McDaniels from Raptors. Also maybe that Samanic kid from Utah, or Krejci from Atlanta. Length and shooting and a little more toughness ought to do it, assuming they run most of it back…

I think he's still a great player but for where we're going a big in drop that doesn't rebound the $ just doesn't make sense to me. A few things. For one, Justin keeps saying this Bucks team mostly with Giannis and Dame is a super team. That’s simply isn’t true. Considering he’s been around the game a while he should know what a super team is. Secondly, unless I missed the post game pressers after the Pacers eliminated the Bucks, where something was said, if not it sounds like sour grapes on Justin’s part. He was saying that Pacers team was unlikeable. If you want to talk about things that shouldn’t have been said go back to Bobby and Pat’s comments in the series. Not to mention Beasley comments from middle of the season. Get over it Justin.

    • @Cell9074
      @Cell9074 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      You need to be connected, versatile, deep, and well coached. And you'll ompete for a championship, work to fulfill those objectives and it gets harder for a team you cover those better than you. It's not about names or history as much asthese things, hope my team Milwaukee will understand. Right now we have good things moving forward, let's make super small changes this offseason like getting rid of Gallinari, and Crowder. Going in the direction of Beauchamp and Green. Drafting a good center for once and just letting these guys actually try and gel before bombing everything after that completely mushed and unfortunate mumbo jumbo of 23-24 season. And I say that obviously not because of the early playoff exit.

    • @realmarjenkins7971
      @realmarjenkins7971 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Cell9074 great insight I appreciate the depth. I just feel like Giannis as great as he is has shown in the year after the championship that he is not evolving. After the championship jimmy and the heat learned to stop him by building the wall and it seems like teams wait until closer to playoffs to initiate that type of defense. The bucks are coached horribly and it seems that Giannis plays a big role because everyone seems to walk on eggshells when coaching him. As nice as a guy he seems to be on camera something is not right in the background lillard even seems to walk on eggshells like if Giannis has a temper low key. But back to the coaching. All bucks do is one v one almost every possession. Look at the ball movement from Indiana and the trust of one another. Giannis time in Milwaukee imo is done and if we don’t get a ton in return (draft picks) he will leave anyway. We don’t have the personnel or cap to accommodate this amazing talent and need to salvage hope for the future of the franchise.

    The bucks need some dogs middleton can shoot but hes scary like how many times do u get right under the basket and say ill pass it out to the three just scary and he cant handle the ball way to many stupid turnovers for him plus hes not athletic scared to penetrste then we have a 7 footer tht averges probaly more three point atempts averaged a game than rebounds thts a recepe for disater plus his defense is garb if he doesn't have giannis in the line up

  • @satomelon68
    @satomelon68 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    This team's defense is horrendous, and that won't change next year. They are too slow to keep up with athletic teams (like Indiana). Giannis needs to stop playing international basketball over the summer and rest his body for the team that pays him. Lopez needs to get his butt in the key where it should have been for the last 4 years. We have 9 other guys that can shoot a mediocre percentage from 3. They need to find someone who can rebound the basketball besides Giannis.

    • @Cell9074
      @Cell9074 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We are garbage at rebounding, because we struggle at keeping discipline throughout a game like constantly tagging guys. So we fail to box out. We need to make room for athletes on the team we are a little too incapable as a collective at the moment. No Crowder Gallinari next season I’m anticipating more room for improvement there. Marjon is also our most undervalued player at the moment offensively and defensively and he can help WAY more than he is rn for next season. He needs to get in the lab and work on his scoring and passing because I want him with 25 mpg at least next season off the bench. Him and Bobby have to be that light for change in bench reliance moving onward which was another big reason Indiana cleared us. They are a hard team to beat and out skilled us in the playoffs but us optimized might just be the best team in basketball

    Well, milwaukee's GM earned an F grade for 23/24 season starting with the hiring of a rookie coach. Truth be told, we could have played this season with a rookie. HC and still ended up in the same place, which is a first round exit . What an embarrassment & debacle? Everybody's on the trade block except Dame and giannis.I also wouldn't touch Ajax or marjon. I hope they don't give up on him like they did donte .Those are the only two guys with athleticism that could could possibly play next year I knew the bucks were in trouble. When they were no longer able to consistently win on the road. I hate the philosophy of John horst.You should sprinkle youth with your veterans.Not have all veterans.That's just not very bright and in game three against indiana it told When they couldn't get any rebounds because of slow foot Speed . PS I think doc rivers is a con.Man, he always has the right answers, but the proof is in his record.We'll see what happens this fall go bucks

    Been a bucks fan since 2017, I think it’s time to move on to another team and superstar for my own sanity… Giannis is not the same guy and is on the decline both from his physicality and his passion towards the sport.. he gives lame excuses and doesn’t put in the work anymore.. how can he become an mvp if he can’t shoot over 70 percent from FT line not to mention his very shallow bag.. his heart overcame all his weaknesses and more but now it feels like his heart is not in it anymore.. don’t find a scape goat Giannis , take responsibility and prove to your fans how you got here in the first place
