Ada misunderstand kat statement awak ni. Lucas actually never auditioned for idol. Dia ujibakat untuk model tapi entah macam mana SM nampak bakat Lucas and hantar dia trainee idol. Just like Mark, Lucas training vocal but debut as rapper.

I just watch this and I love that how they think that this mv have Egypt, Aladdin, and Middle East theme. Don't like many people doing reaction about this and they just think about Islam when they see to every property in this mv. NCT (Neo Culture Technology) has 23 members as of 2020 (and still counting). The group concept is having unlimited members and more people can debut in the group. But they were divided into different sub groups. NCT U debuted first in 2016, months later NCT Dream, NCT 127, and WayV debuted in 2019.
NCT 127 first debuted with 7 members but now has 9 and fixed as of the most recent comeback with TAEIL, TAEYONG, JOHNNY, YUTA, DOYOUNG, JAEHYUN, JUNGWOO, MARK, HAECHAN.
NCT Dream consists of the youngest members of NCT (below 20 in korean age) and they have the graduating system. So, anyone who passed 20 will graduate from Dream. At first they had 7 members but 1 person graduated. However recently, SM decided to make them as a fixed group too as fans' wishes. So they brought back the 1 person and make them as 7Dreamies with MARK, HAECHAN, JENO, RENJUN, JAEMIN, CHENLE, JISUNG.
WayV is the China group of NCT debuted just last year and active doing comeback/promotion in China. They are a fixed group of 7 members, 6 of them is Chinese and 1 Thai member. The members are KUN, TEN (thai), WINWIN, LUCAS, HENDERY, XIAOJUN, YANGYANG.
NCT U(united) is quite hard to explain because every comeback they will switch members according to which member would suit the songs best. It is the only unfixed group. Some comeback can be only 2 people, or 4, 7, etc.. so, basically everyone from the 23 can be in NCT U. Usually they will only release a single not an album unlike other 3 groups. Btw, yes 1 person can be in multiple group whether its a fix or unfix group.
Recently in October, SM did a massive project called NCT 2020 in which all 23 members will released a full length album called Resonance Part 1 with 2 title tracks under the name NCT U Make a wish and from home (vocal line). Later in November, there will be Part 2 of the album (still nct u but with different members now) with another 2 title tracks. Thru this album they also introduced 2 new members which is SHOTARO AND SUNGCHAN.
So, from 21 to 23 members.
Its complicated but really hope you guys could understand and react to more NCT in the future.
