I live in a small town in central Texas and we have the BNSF coal drags though here, almost always a 2-0-2 config 100ish cars. They are almost always highballing across the rolling plans.
csx in my area rarely uses a dpu most of the time i only see 1 on the ethanol trains that come into my area i work on the b&a particularly the eastern side dpus are nonexistent cause of access 2 cab signaling and the fact it takes 3 crews to take off a dpu it just doesn’t work also cause of norac trains are limited to 135 cars
