Myself an occupational therapist lot of people dont have awareness about autism u can find it out as soon as ur child is 2 years old.1 in 100 children has autism .their speech might be delayed,they dont maintain eye contact,has problem with socilization,repetative behaviour and so on.if u find any features please consult a pediatrician as soon as possible and autism is not curable.u can only improve their quality of life.
Is it due to parents' inability to care for their children? I mean if parent don't engage in talking from 6 months that child might become so ?
@@ItsMyLifeAsh no.. Parents are not responsible for this.. It's a by birth condition, mostly it's caused by genetic factors.

There are tests taken during early pregnancy itself to find out of the baby has any chromosome issues. It has to be checked and it's a hard decision to give away that baby but that's good to have healthy baby.
Its by birth.. no one to blame..world leading scientists still trying to figure out a drug. Insha allah soon a drug will come and millions will be cured..
