Mohammed Habibi you are a gold mine . I watch this video the day you released it I decided to try I called up to 50+ people and got no sales. So I changed my idea and went with something else a service provided for restaurants that I knew I could profit off so again, I went at it 2 calls in I got a consultation and closed the sale for £500. the next day, I rang another restaurant and told him the same story was truthful and it worked. He’s asked me to come in tomorrow and quote him if he gives me this job I’ll be covering all six of this restaurant which will profit me almost 1 months wage I can’t thank you enough brother you have changed my mindset completely. Doing allahs work my friend ❤️

To actually go out there and not just give the theory like 99.9% other channel out there but actually applying it, showing cold calling as a beginner, putting yourself out there and handling rejection until you close a client is very impressive. Thanks for the quality content man, you deserve your success.

I am NOT a racist, but the sad truth about the world is that some race are more trustable in some ppl's eyes and first impressions and all that is super important to the business wrld. And by saying youre name as Mohammad is giving bad impressions to SOME people as fked up as it is, with the combination of not speaking well english (in a stuttery kind of way) makes a lot of minus points to the business owners.
    Things to do better (maybe):
    - Introduce yourself with a false business-alike name (like idk Bryson Neumanor sum idk yk what i mean💀)
    - Try and speak super fluent and maybe a super white american accent
And maybe the chances would get wayyyy better.
And again i am NOT racist.

Your intro should go into something around the lines of "I've checked your Google Maps reviews related to your business, you currently rank low and that might make you lose potential customers. What we can do for you is getting you more positive reviews so you can rank higher and avoid losing revenue." then let the person think for few seconds, if there's no direct answer, ask them if you can leave them your details so they can think about it. Avoid being too long, just get them to know you exist and if that doesn't interest them, ask quickly if someone they know would be interested in that service, either they say no or you’re lucky and they refer you to someone else, thank them for their time and understanding, wish them a good day and that's it, next call.

When I was taking marketing in college one of the things i was taught was that you explain the benefits before you tell the customer the cost. You must practice your sales pitch to the point that you have an answer to every objection. Don't stumble over your responses, Why should the customer have confidence in you if your just talking and not saying anything. I think in this situation, it's not important to give your name up front or explain the customer is free to hang up. It's more importanant to explain what you do and let the customer decide to hang up. You should go into each call with the idea that you are giving the customer a benefit and they are going to hire you. Because of all the RoboCallers almost everyone is wary of this kind of call.

Bro your making me nervous just watching you 😂 and I’ve been in sales before successfully…
BTW the best strategy for nerves is writing it down and having a script in front of you so when you pause and lost for words you just read off the script then it’ll flow nicely, just one pause or stutter in front of a cold customer will kill the sale…. A cold customer is already unsure of you so if your unsure of yourself you’re just nailing the coffin that’s already there

@@ReachMohammed yea we all start the same so don’t feel bad. The best strategy for me was just putting myself in the customers position and “plugging” all the potential questions with answers and if I know I answered every question and doubts they had then I know if they still turned it down then they where never my customer in the first place. It’s all about plugging all the holes and then knowing when to walk away. This strategy made me top 5 sales rep out of thousands of others (not to boast just facts 😊)

haha, this was me. i was doing cold calling for B2B for about 5 years. definitely need to warm up everytime before you start. if it helps this is a structure that ive been using for all my calls
    1. Introduction (who you are)
    - always starts of by addressing the name of the person you are calling or the company name. "hello is this xyz company?" great! I am (your name) and the purpose of my call is
    2. Presentation (the purpose of your call)
-phrase your questions in a way where they will say yes like "are you aware people can leave reviews on about your business on google?"
    3. Problem/Solution (what can you offer)
    - today what we can do for you is etc.
    4. Close (how much)
    - for just $200 one time/monthly we will be able to (list all the services)
    5. Rehash (let them know what they are you paying you for and what can be expected after this conversation)
its a numbers game and on average you can expect around 1 close between 12-15 calls of course if youre confident and are able build rapport early on. goodluck to anyone who wants to try

You need to create a standard phone call pitch PRINTED so you can read it like a script. Also, I have a postcard I send to businesses with unclaimed profiles. The printed mail piece is a powerful tool because it establishes authority. You need to tell them that you are Google trained or certified - you can do this for free - gives you credibility. DO NOT tell them that it is a cold call - instead tell them you are a Google Certified Business Profile professional. Also having a website that shows this and a valid Square or Stripe account linked to that business name also creates credibility. Businesses have to trust you and giving them reasons too will make it easier. Good stuff!

    1. When you reach an agreement with the business and reach out to a freelancer on Fiver, does the Freelancer require any documentation or verification that this business (the one you cold-call) actually belongs to you? Do you need to provide them with access to make these edits on the SEO?
    2. Can this strategy be used as effectively if you decide to call businesses from other towns in different states than your own ?
    Thank you again sir

    • @WillPage
      @WillPage ปีที่แล้ว

Yes, the listing needs to be claimed by the owner and google sends them a postcard with a code to their business address... this takes a week. Then the owner can give manager privileges to other people. Fake reviews won't last, it's that simple. I won't go in to why, but a search on youtube will answer. Geolocation, IP address, stale accounts and more are issues. Repeat violations can suspend a listing.

If they want to learn more, get their email and then funnel them into whatever you desire. You could then introduce your “team” of services (provided to you by fiver) and have these businesses pay you for you providing the tools to them.

So I have a background in SEO marketing, and in cold calling, so setting this up was actually really a sinch for me. The thing is, is that I would've never figured basically creating a small personal company from scratch could result easily in meeting and making new partnerships with small businesses. On day one I landed two sales, and six different interested parties who I am in the process of arranging services for. Thank you for the guide and ideals!

as someone who used to work at a call center i would recommend you have a professional script to red so you aren't so nervous and you sound like an actual professional business. You could even make up a fake business name so people could be more trusting of you. otherwise, this seems like a pretty good idea that i might actually try myself and glad you made a sale!

my friend you NEVER tell the customer what you are doing. sales is SELLING so you sell them the dream! tell them you are doing this for 10+ years and all your company is doing is to polish their google score.
if they ask you if you did this before and its your first client, you say YES because then they're going to hire you more likely. and then you have your first client and don't have to lie anymore.

It seems like it would be wise to have a script right in front of you, at least to start. After you've done it a bunch of times, then freestyle it. You could also compile some common questions and objections you get when cold calling and create script answers that fit your business. That way you're not struggling to answer on the spot.

Idk about stripe, but on Paypal if a customer pays your through goods & services, and then they open a case saying they got scammed + proof they will give you the money back asap. If you don't have proof, then the provider (in this case mohammed) must show proof he fulfilled the service which was presented in the selling email. It's extremely easy to get your money back with services like this. I mean, one time someone hacked my PayPal and pulled 700$ out of my bank account. I contacted both the bank and Paypal and both offered to return the money. Don't worry too much, especially about small amounts.

As someone who has worked in sales for 7 years - cold calling is one of the hardest jobs out there - pro tip .... just pick up the phone and call, as you can see from Mohammed's video after the first few calls his flow became better and nerves dropped off - structure it in 3's ... The intro, the value preposition, the close
The Intro - Mohammed smashed it with this - My name is X and this is a cold call - so feel free to hang up (I still use this approach 7 years later)
The Value Prop - What is the problem & how can you help them (short simple and straight to the point) - I help X do X by doing X
The close - Gain a yes from them in some way shape or form (i.e have you thought about improving your google listing? Customer= Yes, great well let me help you get ranked higher and bring in more clients! - then move onto the price)
When it comes to price - just say the price then shut up (let them give you feedback then you can react and adjust)
Mohammed you smashed it with this Video - keep pumping out value InnShaaAllah

  • @DartsGondel
    @DartsGondel ปีที่แล้ว

I must say I hope it wasn't but research greatly suggests it is a factor: I would choose another name. I could imagine people are biased towards your name when you cold offer them a business. For example if you said your name was "Henry Ford, like the famous car inventer" that would ooze success. Adjust the name and see what works best.
