Loved reaction. I think that some people, when BIGBANG began, couldn't separate the performer on stage from the artist. They were bringing in a new youth culture with their music and look and I can imagine parents and traditionalists finding their stage presence a bit aggressive, bad boy youth; when actually as people they were thoughtful, considerate, respectful, hard working young men. And yes about Daesung.
That's a very good point. Some people struggle to realize that idols project an image, and sometimes, that image may not be who they are as individuals. We all deserve grace to make mistakes and to learn from them.
Great, love how strong Daesung is in Monster .. he usually got small parts 😢 I sensed that it was collective efforts to ruin BB & 2NE1 by all the big and small agencies and they used media for that/media plays BB was the nation boy group and 2NE1 became the IT Girl Group Both started as Ugly dols bec for Korean beauty standard they are ugly but they always annihilated the charts with PAK (#1 in 7 digital music providers) and their songs lining up the charts like they had no B tracks Even IU wasn't like that Whoever released in the same period as BB/ 2NE1 was doomed bec their music wasn't heard Both could have like 5 songs in the top 10 and top 3 were their songs 😅 Public love them but the industry hated them Dae was the top idol in variety shows, the accident theb used as a tool to kill him A petition to Blue House with 300k signatures for him to kill himself IMO, that's the Dae being beaten up in Loser MV came from 2NE1 didn't do TV variety show But then after they beat SNSD with Crush album released same time with SNSD album YG sent Bom to var show and she had this chemistry with very handsome actor Lee Dong Wook She was funny, cute & popular, and new ship was made .. BoDong Fans sent them off at the airport carry BoDong signs 😂 LDW was and is still a big popular actor, so the envy was out of this world Out of nowhere came this drug scandal that kicked Bom from the show then ended 2NE1 The hate was scary 2NE1 would still alive today if they hadn't sent Bom to that show But YG had to kill 2NE1 anw otherwise BlackPink would never be huge BP skills are under 2NE1 Jennie will never surpass CL 2NE1 stage presence was unbeatable BB & 2NE1 were too good the industry had to kill them with constant bad media plays to let the others grow I have no interest at other groups .. Shinee back then when they were still 5, Infinite was very good too, love their songs and dance But new groups ? They don't bring something new, they're not the OGs not creators like GD & BB Funny, reactioners who saw BB way later after BTS said oh he sounds like Jimin .. oh he sounds like XX .. OMG, it's the other way around, BTS built their crafts after BB 😅 As GD said, wanna seuccess, I'm the manual 😂 Saw Yezi from Itzy dance on YT short today and they praised her to high heaven 😂😂 Shame they've never seen Gong Minzi dance 😅 The eroMinzi that had to have bulky outfits and always in pants bec the way she moves just 🤩🤩 hahah .. I know TLDR but you girls talked about their bad media plays and this is just my 2 cents (maybe $1) 🤣🤣
