I had to Google how far that journey is and it's a long flight/drive. More long videos coming next week.
I love the experience your giving especially to someone planning to drive on this road . The way to overtake.. I have driven here and the game is very different from other roads..patience can mean life or death here.. I love the driving skills.. even someone who has never been to Mombasa feels like they have travelled.

Just realized I gave you a wrong answer thinking it’s a different video. Yes I took a 30mins break at a stopover called mtito andei. The video is not complete. I deleted sections with traffic & lost like an hour waiting for camera to charge.

The legal 100kmph 😅 but the footage is compressed. Removed some unnecessary parts like traffic. It took 6hrs.

@@wanjirumungai3912 that's a long time ago. Nowadays its fine. A lot of trucks use it but generally miles better than how it used to be years ago.

From mlolongo alone na hiyo rout umetumia ya pipeline its almost 1 hr ndo ufike town.u mean from mombasa to mlolongo umetumia 1 hr 30 min.some picks tunaona unaskip.
The name is because of the length of video. Of course no one can drive from nairobi to Mombasa in that duration 😂

Can you drive from Mombasa to Nairobi as a learner?
I wouldnt advice that. Start with short trips like Nairobi to Nakuru and back or Nairobi to Namanga and back. After that, you can attempt the long drive. You need to reduce risk of fatigue and need to be alert. driving in towns is safer than highways. Its all about your confidence.
