I Love this video colby the amount of editing and footage goes into these videos are unreal, you really giving me the passion to chase that metrey in the future keep it up legend
Oh my God, Colby! Those Cod are absolutely tanks, mate 😀. Fish of a lifetime, buddy. This film was so good to watch especially when you caught that tank of a fish at night, unreal, mate. Fantastic video, Colby keep up the great work mate. The Mrs and I went past Bonniedoon (The Serenity) and camped down the end you are at, but it was a lot drier, back then in 2018.
Hi Colby you can use active captain and in the helm tab to record what your screen is seeing especially if you’re filming at night. Just a FYI. Tight lines!
Another cracking one mate! Need to get that carpet sorted on the deck lol, Old school way of fishing aye? They better sell any type of fish finder they have, boat and any new age fishing rod or tackle, go back to a piece of bamboo and some line 😂

terrific. thanks for sharing. i don’t agree with the comments about you using the tech. equal amount of skill compared to blind casting but you’re just catching more fish. and where do we draw the line? is it okay to use sonar? nav charts? braid? everyone should fish as they want and if you don’t like the tech don’t use it yourself.
Great video, enjoyed watching you hit those big cod. Blowering dam, can't wait to see how you fish it, it's an hour drive for me, we're nicknamed it Lake Disappointment. I've always had no luck picking up cod, got a couple of yellows and some big reddies, but always lucked out on Cod. I'm in the market for a swim bait rod, so I'm wondering what model number Samaki are you using?
@colbylesko Hi Colby, I have the extreme ear marked on the Samaki website, in your video you held up a Camo handle rod, is that Samaki zing gen 3/slow pitch rod? If so what model is it or what model would you recommend?
Quick question mate. I noticed that your Lecky is often deployed really shallow, head poking right up in the air. Is that to reduce the shaft depth into the water and potentially reduce the chance of the electric scaring fish?
@@colbylesko Oh ok copy that. I always have mine right down, unless I'm in super shallow water, just to keep the head out of the way when I'm fishing. Thanks for the content, tight lines.
@@michaelcarss2033 hi mate I’ve got some videos on the old school way of fishing coming!! But these big lakes the scope is a massive advantage and everyone else on the water has it so hard not to use it these days. Also learning lots from using it
Wow, you are an emotional one aren’t yah? You are bitching like he just shot them after he got them boat side. Get over it, it’s part of the fishing industry and it’s hear to stay.
