The idea of General Grievous as some horrific creation of necromancy in this medieval fantasy version of Star Wars is fantastic, a creation of Sith sorcery rather than mechanical monstrosity is a fascinating idea.
If you ask me, this one looks like a creation of the Nightsisters.

@@thestorm5735 You may consider that Koschei the Deathless (pretty much the original undead lich, a slavic mythological character predating Christianity, if not even older) killed people, resurrected them, and found a way to make them work for him, like disposable warriors and servants.

I’m currently mixing a sci-fi/fantasy campaign of D&D. This might actually work as a great and terrifying antagonist. Just need to put it all together...

Start with the stat block of a bone devil, up the multiattack to 4, drop the tail attack & give the claw attack 1d8 extra radiant dmg, drop the fly speed for climbing speed.
@@byronsmothers8064 Radiant damage? Nah, normal Grevious might do radiant damage, but this guy's doing necrotic if anything. Personally, I'd keep the swords just doing sword damage, but give him more attacks. He's fast enough that I doubt each arm is just attacking once per turn.

You are walking in a hallway this theme starts playing, two undead robot hulls lead you to a throne room. In the throne room a gaint robot hull stands there with his cape blowing in the wind, you can see the empty hull with green smoke.
You can't see any eyes but you feel like your watched, then it speaks,

Long ago, there was a great warrior. However, one day, the enemy captured him. Unable to get any information from him, they tied up him and his horse and threw them both off of a cliff. Days later, the evil Lord Dooku discovered the bones, and reanimated the warrior, now partially fused to his horse. Dooku cast a spell of loyalty, and named his skeletal creation: Grievous.
This is amazing
Count dooku serving under the necromancer sidious and being trained in his dark magicks, he was a cunning one indeed as he had much favor in the nobility. He eventually lead an army of reanimated skeletons against the nobility and their order of knights, the bone warrior grevious was the spear head of it
I guess the horse explains the extra limbs and head.

This is such a cool design idea. Instead of just being a droid, he's resurrected through black magic. He even looks like he was put together from multiple people's skeletons.

I love the subtlety of how "Count Dooku" fits in with literally no change necessary, and even almost works better in this context.
Very awesome, I love the fact he’s wielding Gladius’ and more older style swords, which says to me that he is an almost ancient being, taking up the weapons he had in life when he was risen from his tomb. Now I’m just imagining an Egyptian mummy style Grievous.

I really like the fact that grievous is both a skeleton and is using Roman swords. That along with his long black cape suggests that medieval grievous was a gladiator/soldier during the age of the Roman empire. Then be died only to be revived during the dark ages.
I love the idea of the droid army being all skeletons and other undead abominations. That really sells the fantasy/medieval time.
Grevious the Draugr General. dying and being reanimated by dark magic countless times has left him twisted and broken.

I think he looks amazing, like one of those cursed knights walking around challenging everyone. Maybe his background was that he dealt in Necromancy and was cursed. Pretty cool I think.

Medieval Grevious, a general who once served a long dead empire, resurrected by dark magics alongside countless others as soulless husks to serve in the separatist armies. He is more deadly than he even was in life, a tormented being possessed of hatred for knights, who sacked Constantinople, the last great bastion of his fallen empire. Bound by the dark magics that animate him to serve the separatist lords, he still possesses his tactics and cunning, and has defeated many knights in battle, adding their blades to his collection.

So I made this DND character based around Grievous. Then about a day later I watched this. Had to completely remake him.

@@epicgamerman2000 being medieval grievous, he would have different tricks from normal grievous, also, if he fights without any of his tricks he'd be even more terrifying, because no way you can land a blow with four swords blocking every twitch of your blade, and then he can use 3 swords while blocking your single sword to rip you to pieces, medieval grievous is equally, if not more, terrifying as grievous, end of story
Edit: by that logic, obi-wan, darth vader, anakin, luke, anybody who uses a lightsaber would be absolutely useless, the only advantage would be the force which is essentially just space magic, you must realize that medieval versions of the characters are far different from the normal versions, they are more suited to the use of swords, and would be clueless when using a lightsaber

As far as I remember, Dooku is a Count, so it should be either Sir or Count, not Sir Count. That'd be two noble titles at once.

Srsly, this Medieval AU needs to be explored. SUCH A COOL INTERPRETATION. Music is just making me reimagine every scene with this dark, Macbeth/Tempest Shakespeare fantasy vibe and I LOVE IT.

This is so well done, both music and art, well done. I can 100% imagine this as background music for a battle in D&D. The extra CIS themes at the end were also a great surprise.
