Think about it for TEN SECONDS. It's a courthouse. There's private information. There's people's personal records. Social security information. Home addresses. There's children and confidential witnesses whose identity needs to be protected. Courts also do adoptions...there's adoption records. Medical information if someone's involved in a lawsuit.

A german viewer here: from a very sad period of my country‘s history I can tell him one thing. Federal law is no photography in courthouse. That's inside the walls and designated outer areas. Michigan do what they want but it has not been found unconstitutional at any federal level.
Its absolutely Constitutional to ban recording inside Courthouses esp since SCOTUS absolutely hates recording inside the building. Chief Justice Roberts is quite vocal about not allowing recording.

The US supreme court has these very rules throughout federal courthouse. This is a secured facility for one. Your access is controlled having legitimate bussiness is one requirement.
Ok well, the Michigan constitution authority comes from the federal constitution. Under the federal Constitution, the court system was established. Because the us Supreme Court and other courts established by Congress are given their constitutional powers from the constitution the rules they intact or law. Same would be for the state
Time, place and manner restrictions are valid restrictions. Access is the only argument that could be raised, as it is a basic constitutional right to information about our government. A access restriction only needs be nonselective.

I have to admit, as many videos like this I've seen, I still don't understand what this has to do with the first amendment.
They have some bizarre idea that "freedom of the press" means that you can claim to be "press" and you're free to go anywhere and do anything you like. It's a serious mental illness.
I still wonder, where the US-Constitution mentions anything about Video- and/or Audio-Recording.
As far as i am aware those Words never got mentioned in any of the ammendments.
And if there is no mentioning of it in it, then limiting the Scope in which could be recorded is not violating the Constitution at all. No matter how much Frauditors want to pretend.

The attorneys most likely did not tell him he was guilty until proven innocent. What they probably told him the evidence against him is so airtight that he would not be found innocent.

The city passed a law that I can't be shirtless. Apparently, my senior citizen wrinkles scare the children. I can't really argue.
Most of these "auditors" have never heard of the concept of an independent judiciary. The general rule is, you can't film in a courthouse without the judge's permission. IT's the rule in both the federal and state judicial systems. This is in keeping with our constitutional system. No one's rights were violated in this situation.

My local courthouse wont even allow you to bring a cell phone into the building. As you enter, they do the same thing as this place, but if you have a phone you can either take your phone back to your car or they will give you a locker at the entrance that you can put your phone in. And they dont play around with this. And we dont even have any e frauditors here. Which shows you that there are other legitimate reasons not to allow cell phones in courthouses
