I have my ACL MCL PCL blown out at the age of 26 It probably took me about 2 plus years 2 recover to like 80% strength Im probably at like a solid 85-90 now an im almost 4 years removed As a Patriots fan I was honestly looking forward to Aaron Rodgers with that team so I wish him the best an a speedy recovery
