A suggestion if I may:: give him smaller portions of side dishes and one portion of meat for 2 to 3 weeks, 4 to 5 times a day to shrink his stomach. Then work on table etiquette and manners with him, it may take some counseling. Then tell him to get a job so he's not thinking of food all the time
