Btw I have a theory what will happen, but it's only a theory lol
So after Ren threw the bottle at her, I think it might've gotten in her face and caused a lot of damage. Because of that she has to go to the hospital (i hope that creep of a dad doesn't use her to experiment). After that, she gets better but still has scars etc. and distances herself from Shiro because she's scared of his father and that she'll get hurt again. Shiro gets even more mad at his father because he took his only love, Candice, and uhh, I guess that's it.
After all: shiro's dad needs to be GONE
