I just found out about these bikes and I’m sold! That one and it’s mods are badass and it sells me more on the idea! Now I just need to convince my wife that this is a good idea. Oh. And I need some money but at least it’s way more accessible!

Please keep us up to date if you do hear about someone cracking into the ecu and creating some maps for the dlx. I do agree with you that there is still more power to be had with the dlx. I ended up cutting out the catalyst out of the pipe to get it to breath. With the exhaust done and a KN air filter in the filter box I do believe the bike is running a tad lean. I'm going to pull the plug again after I put on another 100 miles to confirm. Most of my riding has been highway, so I usually have the throttle pin just to make highway speeds.

I asked the question on China riders forum, but no one could give me an real definite answer if it would work or not. Would be nice to find out who makes the injector and to see if they make a larger size that would still fit the intake and give a try.
Try ecu shop and their "full stand next" ecu. They do several different manufacturers and models. I have one for my grom and it's great to tune yourself instead of sending off for a reflash

@@MotoCheez Not really. They just spread out and get denser in terms of numbers. 4'-5' is a really, really tall palmetto. but there are tons of different palm trees that run the gamut of heights between palmettos and coconut palms.
I looked on google, said palmetto trees can grow 8' , I never knew. I was going to replant some on my fence line. I guess I need to research some more on the different types.
@@MotoCheez I grew up in FL, on both coasts, so i only base my skepticism on that. I personally, have never seen an 8' high palmetto.... but that is "here". Maybe they get that big in the Carolinas? (One of which is named "The Palmetto State")

I can't remember what mile marker it was on 75 and crossed over pretty good River and you could get off there go down in the grass and down under the bridge and find all kind of Mastodon teeth and prehistoric bones in the river all you needed was some snorkel gear.
The Peace River. To the south of where you are. I learned to scuba dive there. So much tannic acid in the water there, even with dive lights you pretty much feel your way along the bottom. But yes, mastodon jaw bone segments galore (which is wild when you consider what we have been taught in school about climate, etc.), and...... petrified gator poop. :-)
To the north of you is THE best place to go tubing - of all Florida: The Ichatucknee River. Now that water is CLEAR and.... cold. Straight out of our limestone aquifer, I think is it like 55 degrees, but there is enough sunlight in spots that you won't freeze to death. It is a "must do" thing in Florida, especially with a large group. :-)
Definitely awesome down there for dual sport riding. Cheesy I've thrown out better condensers then you got over there. Maybe you should consider changing it out before you come down to a mold factory
It's fun but no mountains. We took the unit apart a few episodes ago, it's pretty clean inside these units are all in one package units. They're like $2500
@@MotoCheez i hope to have something to ride around again if my disability goes through. you lose half a foot and can't walk but hey you can go to work in a office where you need to walk 5-10 miles a day by there books. i want to get a little 125 but don't know if i can still shift because i have no feelings from the knee down and missing half my brake foot. so might get a cheap little 125 to try out and if i can't shift then just get a 150 scooter
Look at adding a "storage container lock box" the have weld on or bolt on. I know Locks Keep Out Only the Honest but an extra lock makes me sleep better at night.

Are you close enough to the water where that could have came in from a hurricane, we had all kinds of weird stuff wash up when we were down there many years ago.

Top speed is about 65ish after you change out the sprockets for highway. And it still does good offroad with the higher gearing.
