We have been ordering from Azure for about 25yrs. Love them. I have asked the question of out of stock a lot. It may say they have a quantity, but the orders are pulled by order of ship dates & routes. So you might not get it. Can be frustrating for sure. Can the jalapeno's with the seeds taken out. I Love them that way, & not hot. The seeds are what makes it hot.
Lately, the best thing has been my canning jars :) Loving, loving, loving the new jars. Next would have to be the Lulubelle Mozzarella cheese. Same as you, I chop it up, freeze it and use it when I need to.
I just found your channel. Enjoyed this video so I thought I'd give you a try and subscribe! By the way, your mushrooms looked so good! Favorite things from Azure?? All the things. Between Azure and Costco I rarely go into a grocery store anymore.
I'm on about a year with my caraway pans and i'm not impressed either!! It's so refreshing seeing someone else say this lol my husband gifted them to me for christmas last year and we both agree it's very disappointing for the price point. They stick a bunch and if we could do it again, I don't think we'd spend this much on them. I'd rather invest in more (nice) cast irons! Oh! And we love Azure!! I didn't know you make $$ as a coordinator.. we have a ton of people at our drops, so I bet its worth it (you said it's 1% of everyone's drop total or?)... but there's an older woman who seems to have been doing it for a while so meh. Going to sub now! Glad to find your channel :)
@@aliciahubbard my husband got me mine as a gift too and yes I would just rather have cast iron options haha we get 1% of the group’s total off of our next order. So if the total group is $6,000 then I get $60 off my next order. Sometimes it’s great and others it’s not. It just depends. Thanks for subscribing!
@@MeganHurst is there a way to apply as the coordinator? Or do I just talk to the current one? Or is there no chance once one is already established? I would love the help on savings in groceries lol. We live in a city with about 30-40 people ordering so it would be worth it...
@ I took over the drop when the previous coordinator moved. But since then there have been several other open up close to me. You can set up another drop but you have to have a minimum amount of orders as a coordinator. You just call them and talk to them. You have to have a location that a truck can get in and out easily and it has to be approved by Azure.
We have been buying from Azure about 6 or 7 years. I buy all the components for our chicken feed. We buy a lot of grains for milling, beans etc also. We buy all type of things other than fresh fruit and vegetables. What we did order arrived rotten and we never were able to get a refund from Azure.
@@patwinkeller9254 Do you have your own grain mill? I have some whole grains but haven’t gotten them killed yet. Also, I had to email azure because I wasn’t getting through on the phone. I didn’t get a refund one other time because I couldn’t reach them by phone so i just did email this time and they were quick to respond. 🤷🏻♀️ Not sure why leaving a voicemail doesn’t get through.
@@MeganHurstI have a Wondermill. It works fine for my purposes. I mainly use it to make bread but I am trying to expand to using freshly milled flour for all my cooking and baking. It is a work in progress, challenging, because recipes don’t work the same with freshly milled flour. Thankfully there are a lot of people on TH-cam who are much further along on this journey. The Lovely Bell Bakes, Grains in Small Places, Grains and Grits and several others are good mentors. I use Breadbeckers recipe for my bread and knead it in a used Zoruishi
@@MeganHurst, I cut myself off there. I use the bread machine to knead the dough but l let it raise and bake in my oven. Thanks for the tip on how to get through to Azure.
