very pretty ,but i gotta ask .. are there poore ppl? how expensive is life? do u have to be an engenieer or a doctor or a IT expert to be able to make a good living, or ordinary jobs like working in a shop, or town cleaning service, or similar is also payed enough to have a decent life?

No, as long as you have a job you'll be fine. Plus it is very hard to be poor if you want to work. There are safety nets.

thanx , i dunno ,here where i live , u have to be a ceo or a it expert or a polititian to have a nice life ,all the rest is doomed .. if i could ,id be in norway in a hopp of a second , tho by what do u consider being poore?

Poor is a vague definition. However, in Norway you will get help finding a job and receive money from the government while you do, especially if you choose to study here. In a sense you will only be poor if you refuse to work.

well tbh i didnt mean on a high skill work, but just ordinary stuff , like if one works at a gas station or at a store , or dunno .. a driver ,or at a hotel ..

Any place is always bad for people who have negative, controlling behavior based on condemning thinking and fundamentalist thoughts.
