I’ve got the two gonks, I named mine Gnomeo and Juliet. I’ve also got a larger size called Sherlock Gnomes and Finally the largest one I have is called Gonk Wan :)

Love everything. I use a plant bracket and attach it to the wall. It makes the lantern hang further out on the wall. I make batterie operated chandeliers all the time. So these brackets come in handy. This way you don't have to use the ceiling. Stay well!!!! Thank you for sharing.

Good morning, amazing Xmas Poundland haul my wife is currently on a mission now to go and see if our store has stocked any of the items you’ve shown never seen her move so fast on a Sunday morning, it’s definitely given her the Xmas vibe and we’re going to do a winter wonderland window display too , our grand daughter will love it , thanks so much for all your ideas we absolutely love them x feeling abit festive 🎄

Congratulations on working with Poundland! Do so enjoy battery operated candles and lanterns especially if they have a timer. I use them throughout the house all year long.
I would love to try to win the gnome but I dont know how to do Instagram (I sadly think its something to do with my age lol👩🦳). The penguin should definitely be called Pat and the polar bear is Pemberton!? I have loved this haul but sadly my poundland has not got any of these lovely items which is really sad. I'm not Instagram either or Facebook. Tried catching Mr C on Instagram and after an hour of trying and failing to set up an account I gave up. I always feel I'm missing out on something though.
I picked up two of the joy decorations the other day, going to glue them to some dark stained wood and add some black hooks to use as a stocking holder over the mantle piece - hoping it turns out how I’ve imagined

For your window display you could hang the large wooden star from the curtain pole with the silver stars hanging around it in different lengths Good luck with it.

Great haul. I think those large white lanterns would look amazing with some of the snowflake stickers from Poundland on the side of them to give them an extra something. Going to keep an eye out in my local after lockdown. 😁

Hi Mr C, great decorations. I liked them all really. My favorites were the lanterns and the wooden light up trees with deer. The penquin and polar bear should be Holly for bear and Jolly.for penquin. The gnomes are Paul and Pru. I am drinking my decaf. I finally found a good one that doesn't taste like cardboard. It is US Communify Club decaf. I wish we had poundland. I did buy some nice stuff at the end of after Christmas last year 80 or 90 percent off so poundland prices almost. Anxious to get them out this year. We decorate after Thanksgiving dinner. We got a new artificial tree last year that it a flat circle that pulls up to , a 6 ft tree. It is green with flocking and lots of lights. It is easy but lightweight. My cat knocked it over 4 times last year. I am trying to figure a way to weigh down the bottom. We will see.🤨

Also, quick tip on the artificial tree front. If the tree has wired branches that you can bend, curving them up at the ends gives aore natural look and putting deep green garlands loosely around the centre makes them look fuller and healthy, it also give a great backdrop for your decorations. Warm lights are best and if the tree is glossy you can spray it with a mist of hair spray, this will help to tone down the glossy finish.

Nice shirt & fab cushion there whilst watching in July 2024. Do like those candy canes & the mini trees, very sweet. The light up garland is interesting.I love the polar bear & penguin which I’d just leave plain. Do like the triangle wooden scene. Great Xmas twine too. I love the gonks, they have them in the range but all different colors, my partner hates anything like that as it freaks him out, such a baby, 😱 enjoyed the haul, some good finds, must make a trip to poundland as don't go there very often. 🎅

I was thinking mad thoughts of you putting tiny rainbow scarves on the penguin and bear (for the NHS) and calling them Rainy Penguin and Bow the Bear. I think this second lockdown is making me a bit mad lol. I won't enter your competition as I have one of those lovely gnomes. Let someone else have one. I doubt you'd need sleep therapy watching your videos, you're a calming tonic in this crisis and I love tunning in. I felt sad and dreary all day due to another long day trapped indoors and Remembrance day and all the parades having to be missed. But I'm cheered enormously now. Hi.. I love the lanterns, I haven't seen them over here in N.Ireland but will be keeping an eye out for them. I want to put a lattern into a planter and decorate it with fresh greenery etc for my front doorstep. Seen this done on an American channel! Was beautiful. Also loved the light up star, georgous! The penguin looks like a "Henry" to me. Love, love all the Christmas decor you picked up. Don't you just love shopping at Poundland? We have a chain in the States called Dollar Tree and everything is a dollar there. They have n amzing crafting supply section . They get new stuff every Friday and to get a chance at getting pretty much anything you have to get there on Friday or early Saturday. The crafters in my area empty that area pretty much every week. Can't wait to see your home decorated for the holidays.

Home Bargains are doing Christmas mugs exactly like the one you were drinking from but the letter in front has a Santa hat on - they’ve got matching wine glasses too!
You mentioned you have a xmas tree you aquired from a charity shop here's a tip my mom brought a white tree had it for year over 12 and she used to give it a bath in mild detergent every year gently towel dry and your tree will fluf up wonerfully xx
