Brother please go for Motul 7100 (10W50)
Brother I have also a pulser 220F ,I always use Motul 7100 ( 10W50 ) .
When im using 1st time, everyone said me brother use Motul 20w50 grade it is best for 220F , But After researching many time I finnaly decide to go for Motul 10W50 ,You dont believe 10w50 give much more result more Refinement rather than 20W50.
