Thanks so much to Sean and Caleb for reviewing my channel. There was so much value in your insight and I can’t wait to implement the feedback I received! 🙏🏼👏🏼
I actually had this exact question months ago and couldn't get a solid answer so I just started my second channel. Completely different niche. Gaming on one and doing something similar to Think Media here with educating about TH-cam. The biggest issue I have is I work 7 days a week so it makes it hard to get on a posting schedule. I have the hardware to do all of this but just have to get better with my time management if I want this to be successful. Gotta have goals!
Oh my goodness I have been back and forth about starting another channel, but wasn't sure if it was "too soon". I was just recently monetized on my current channel, but I really feel like I have a bigger purpose and want to go in a different direction. And this video shows up in my feed! Thanks for the info!
I have thought about starting a second channel about one of three passions I have. My fear is I would neglect my first channel while working on my new exciting channel and in the end it would have a downside overall.
I'm curious your view on "following one path to stick to" and "don't put all your eggs in one basket", which is probably what we/they think they are doing by diversifying like that, and it may not be doing what we think we are doing.
I have multiple businesses in the real estate industry and have a great deal of flexibility. I am trying to build up one channel at a time to create a finger of significant cash flow until I can start outsourced to an editor, script writer with a system that I create. Once I do that my goal is to have 3-4 channels that have significant impact on the community, and provide a good amount of income each. I'd say I'm boarderline side hustle / entrepreneur. This #dragonballz niche I'm doing now, I am doing it with my son who is 10. Teaching him about TH-cam, about storytelling, about editing and layering videos. And trying to teach him the potential of TH-cam combined with affiliate marketing. While we make content on something we love
Hi, thank you so much for all of your content. You have taught me so much. I do have one question. I started my channel as a faceless channel and now I want to pivot to a talking head style channel. Is it OK for me to just start uploading Talking Heads style videos? Should I delete my current faceless content or is it recommended that I start a whole new page?
@@ThinkMediaPodcast yup same topic and niche. Just pivoting to having myself host the videos talking head style, instead of faceless. Thank you so much!
Hello Sean, I'm from Germany and create videos in German and English - would it be better to have the videos separated? The Niche is the same (mostly the videos are pretty equal).

Yes, I'm in the same situation
Oddly, this did inspire me to try a new channel for a specific idea.
5:30 it feels like the quote should be “Sometimes what you don’t do is just as important as what you do do.”
Yoooo Sean Thank you for hearing me out and providing resources sir!!🔥🤝
God Bless you Sean. Excellent training. Focus on one, grow and get freedom and then expand
Great topic, helpful.

Question: should you start youtube channel in different languages?
I have the same question (but no answer, sorry) Therefore, I'm pushing your message.
Love the advice about repurposing where the spikes are
Game changer!
Thanks for the insight and practical wisdom in this video.🙏
Glad you got value from this :)
I'm building a bumper, and I'm putting new tires on a 2007 kawasaki mule.

Very good conversation!
This was some really good info and thoughts,

The big takeaway - Sean has 2 wives 😂

I m so passionate about youtube right now I have one channel already

I’d keep going on the same the channel w/ the talking head videos. Same “topic” and “niche” right?

I m scared to create a second channel that's why I think of mixing😮
Hello Sean,
I'm from Germany and create videos in German and English - would it be better to have the videos separated? The Niche is the same (mostly the videos are pretty equal).
Or should I skip one language and make the double amount in one Language?
Drop the like ❤who’s watching that at 21:30 12 September 🙌🏻
I’m big fun of him from Uzbekistan 🇺🇿
Get into the show? Seriously that was a whole show!
I got one to two views mostly, i need to watch your more :D Or change niche.

What is Caleb's channel?
I do not want to do side hustle I want to be full time content creator and earn money through TH-cam. I want to display my creative side
Woow me too I m torn apeart😢 I want to do ASMR to give ppl peace love motivation comfort etc using word of God. M I allowed to mix ASMR with my videos? I m in Health and Wellness
How can I get on a call?
I am kind of stuck in this too I got one channel this one i got different short videos about everything i get some what good views on but when I make a channel about just one topic i had on this channel i hardly get no views so i dont know what to do? anybody got any help for me
I work 9 to 5 job and I’m still not monetized on TH-cam because I still don’t have enough subs
Same! I have 1k subs but not the watch hours. Its been slow progress.
