This is my G.O.A.T. DJ, since songs like Evryyyyy body yody yody yody, needs somebody yody yody. Only DJ can MAKE me put my hand in the air, or wtvr he suggests.
"Granny Lover" a classic in a different era. That's how long. The man see the light and became it. The Prophet thing is not marketing .... he predicted the world we live in today 20+ years ago. Even as a fan I thought he was sounding crazy until things come to light decades later .... like Prince Andrew and now declassified CIA experiments.
He sparked a fire that inspired youths like Sizzla (legacy besmirched) to inspire another generation ... who ever doing it now. Not just in music, young people all over the world learned pride, history, health, swag, (red Benz, red tint) when a top DJ would push a Civic) as well as a passion for fairness and justice.
He is in Dancehall Queen, others are NOT. He paved the way for Hip Hop collabs with Def Jam. The "more fire" sample alone is iconic, as for what he's done for 420 .... "light up the chalice" to "Acres and Acres". Legalization to monetization.
