I had in my hands Batman issue #1 from 1940. Not the first appearance of Batman. I Had in my hands Action comics issue 1 from 1030s, the first Superman also Superman issue 1 from 1930s . The original ones not reprints.
@@mjzcomics they belonged to a friend of mine, in those days we used to read and pass comics around. He sold them in the 70s to a dealer then he went back to the dealer 5years later and tried to get them back but couldn't. They were not high grade. I met Don "what the" Heck. Only a handful of fans met Don Heck.
@@mjzcomics yeah, I still have high grade silver age. I was a dealer in the 80s and 90s, it was a lot of work, exhausting to work the table all day. Made good money at it, sold thousands of rare and hot books. Lost interest in doing it.
